【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代,網(wǎng)絡政治參與正成為青少年的主要參政議政方式。與此同時,網(wǎng)絡傳播的蝴蝶效應被加速,青少年網(wǎng)絡政治參與的任何偏差都有可能引發(fā)公共危機。國外的青少年網(wǎng)絡政治參與監(jiān)管,具體方式大致有四種:政府立法監(jiān)管;網(wǎng)絡技術支持;行業(yè)與青少年網(wǎng)民自律;利益表達機制的自行調(diào)節(jié)。國外青少年網(wǎng)絡政治參與的監(jiān)管類型主要有韓國的實名制、以新加坡為代表的審查制和美國的選擇性限制。反思并超越國外青少年網(wǎng)絡政治參與的監(jiān)控,我們應該理性定位青少年與網(wǎng)絡政治參與之間的互動關系,采取多措并舉的監(jiān)管方式和整合疏導的引導方式,以構建健康有序的網(wǎng)絡政治參與機制。
[Abstract]:The era of big data, network political participation is becoming a major political youth affairs. At the same time, the butterfly effect of network communication is accelerated, any deviation teenagers network political participation are likely to lead to public crisis. Youth network political participation in the supervision of foreign countries, there are four specific ways: government supervision legislation; network technology; industry with the young Internet users self-discipline; self regulating mechanism of interest expression. Foreign youth network political participation supervision are the main types of South Korea's real name system, examination system and the selective constraints represented by Singapore. Reflection and beyond monitoring youth network political participation abroad, we should be rational positioning interactive relationship between the youth and the network political participation take, take measures to ease the regulation and integration of the guidance, to build a healthy and orderly political network Participate in the mechanism.
