【摘要】：當(dāng)今資本主義社會面臨一系列危機和挑戰(zhàn),諸如人口老齡化、難民危機、債務(wù)危機以及財政赤字。英國退歐對歐洲一體化的打擊,歐洲極右翼政治勢力的崛起對西方權(quán)利體系的沖擊,極端恐怖組織對歐美國家發(fā)動的暴力恐怖襲擊,使得西方資本主義社會深陷泥潭、動蕩不安。從歷史唯物史觀來看,今天歐美社會出現(xiàn)的危機和矛盾是資本主義發(fā)展內(nèi)在規(guī)律的表現(xiàn),西方傳統(tǒng)的精英政治走向衰落以及反建制派的崛起,說明資本主義制度出現(xiàn)新問題,需要深刻的反思。從新科技革命與全球化浪潮來看,歐美社會的危機與矛盾往往會促進資本主義生產(chǎn)方式變革,社會形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型。當(dāng)今資本主義已跨越帝國主義階段步入社會資本主義時代,國家壟斷資本主義的強大職能恰恰為歐美資本主義社會應(yīng)對危機、化解矛盾提供了制度保障。資本主義國家發(fā)展的歷史經(jīng)驗表明,龐大的中間階層是社會穩(wěn)定與和平轉(zhuǎn)型的中堅,當(dāng)今歐美社會中產(chǎn)階級的萎縮給社會危機的化解增添了變數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The capitalist society is facing a series of challenges, such as the aging of the population, the refugee crisis, debt crisis and fiscal deficit. The British champions back to the European integration blow, rise of European extreme right-wing political forces impact on Western rights system, extremist terrorist organization on Europe and the United States launched a violent terrorist attacks, the western capitalist society deep mire, turbulent. From the historical materialism point of view, today the European social crisis and contradiction is the inherent law of the development of capitalism, the traditional western political elite to rise and decline of anti establishment, that the capitalist system, the emergence of new problems, need the profound reflection. From the new science and technology revolution and globalization, the crisis with the contradiction between European and American society tends to promote the transformation of the capitalist mode of production, social transformation. The capitalism has cross The imperialist stage into the social capitalist era, just the strong functions of state monopoly capitalism and capitalist society to cope with the crisis, to resolve conflicts and provide the system safeguard. The historical experience of the development of capitalist countries shows that the middle class is a huge social stability and peaceful transformation of the backbone of today's Europe and the United States middle-class society adds variables to resolve social atrophy the crisis.
