【摘要】：本文是汪榮祖教授對(duì)《主術(shù)訓(xùn):中國(guó)古代政治思想研究》(The Art of Rulership:A Study in Ancient Chinese Political Thought)一書(shū)所作的書(shū)評(píng)。該書(shū)由夏威夷大學(xué)出版社(University of Hawaii Press)于1983年出版,全書(shū)共有277頁(yè),作者是安樂(lè)哲(Roger T.Ames)。1995年,北京大學(xué)出版社出版了該書(shū)的中譯本,譯者是滕復(fù),滕復(fù)將書(shū)名譯為《主術(shù):中國(guó)古代政治藝術(shù)之研究》。本文是汪榮祖教授在弗吉尼亞理工學(xué)院暨州立大學(xué)(Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University)擔(dān)任教授時(shí)所寫(xiě)。文章肯定了安樂(lè)哲對(duì)《淮南子·主術(shù)訓(xùn)》的貢獻(xiàn),也指出該書(shū)分析方法的局限和對(duì)歷史背景關(guān)注的不充分,并對(duì)《淮南子》的研究工作提出了建議。
[Abstract]:This is a review by Professor Wang Rongzu of the Art of Rulership:A Study in Ancient Chinese Political thought. The book was published in 1983 by the University of Hawaii Press, the University of Hawaii Press, and has a total of 277 pages. The writer is Roger T. Ames.On 1995, Peking University Press published a Chinese translation of the book, which is translated by Teng Fu. Teng Fu translated the title of the book: the study of Ancient Chinese political Art. This article was written by Professor Wang Rongzu when he was a professor at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University at Virginia Polytechnic and State University. The contribution of Nanzi. It also points out the limitations of the book's analytical methods and its insufficient attention to historical background, and puts forward some suggestions for the research of Huainan Zi.
