【摘要】：在1660年和1662年,洛克就當時激烈爭論的無關(guān)緊要之事寫了《英文短論》和《拉丁文短論》。這兩篇短論被合稱為《政府短論兩篇》�！墩陶搩善返哪康氖欠瘩g白格肖的良心自由論,維護世俗最高權(quán)威規(guī)定無關(guān)緊要之事的合法性。洛克通過提出一套法體系理論說明了國法與良心法的關(guān)系,確立了國法的世俗最高權(quán)威地位。洛克還通過細致分析長官正當權(quán)力的內(nèi)涵與性質(zhì)、義務和自由的類型和內(nèi)容,說明了國法義務與良心自由的關(guān)系。《政府短論兩篇》反映了洛克早期的宗教思想和政治思想,但是由于洛克回避了自然法問題,《政府短論兩篇》并沒能建立起一套完整的政治哲學。
[Abstract]:On 1660 and 1662, Locke wrote the short English and Latin short on the irrelevance of the heated debate at that time. These two short theories are collectively called "two short government". The purpose of "two short government" is to refute Bagshaw's theory of freedom of conscience. To uphold the legitimacy of what is of no importance to the highest authority of the world. Locke explains the relationship between state law and conscience law by putting forward a system of law, Locke also analyzed in detail the connotation and nature of the legitimate power of the governor, the type and content of the obligation and freedom, The relationship between the obligation of state law and the freedom of conscience is explained. Two articles on the Government reflect Locke's early religious and political thoughts. But because Locke avoided the question of natural law, the two articles of the Government failed to establish a complete political philosophy.
