【摘要】：利益?zhèn)�體組織化與利益組織政治化是利益集團(tuán)理論的兩個(gè)基本問題域。謀求個(gè)人經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、爭(zhēng)取群體共同利益、捍衛(wèi)公民基本權(quán)利、持有相似的政見、生活共處的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要、突發(fā)社會(huì)事件的誘發(fā)等都有可能促使利益?zhèn)�體組織化并趨向政治化。組織化的利益團(tuán)體或集團(tuán)常以社交關(guān)系型接觸、精英人物代理、提供情報(bào)信息、影響社會(huì)輿論、參與選舉、合法或非法的強(qiáng)制性方式影響政治過程。利益?zhèn)�體組織化與利益組織政治化一方面有助于構(gòu)建理性政治秩序、促進(jìn)民主科學(xué)決策、克服權(quán)力僭越現(xiàn)象、培育協(xié)商妥協(xié)精神等,另一方面由于一些利益團(tuán)體的封閉性、分利性和排他性以及非法的強(qiáng)制性政治參與,利益?zhèn)�體組織化與利益組織政治化又有可能威脅社會(huì)秩序穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The organization of interest individual and the politicalization of interest organization are two basic problem domains of interest group theory. They seek personal economic interests, strive for the common interests of groups, defend the basic rights of citizens and hold similar political views. The realistic needs of living together and the inducement of sudden social events may promote the interest individual to organize and tend to be politicized. The organized interest groups or groups often contact with the social relations type, the elite person is the agent. Providing intelligence information, influencing public opinion, participating in elections, legal or illegal coercive ways to influence the political process. The interests of the individual organization and interest organization politicization on the one hand help to build a rational political order. We should promote democratic scientific decision-making, overcome the phenomenon of unauthorized power, cultivate the spirit of negotiation and compromise, on the other hand, because of the closeness, separation and exclusiveness of some interest groups and illegal compulsory political participation. The organization of interest individual and the politicization of interest organization may threaten the stability of social order.
