【摘要】：本文旨在用馬克思的國(guó)際價(jià)值理論剖析新殖民主義,從全新的視角去理解和揭示新殖民主義。 論文的第一部分主要是分別介紹了馬克思的國(guó)際價(jià)值理論和新殖民主義的一些基本概念與觀點(diǎn)。馬克思把他所創(chuàng)立的科學(xué)的勞動(dòng)價(jià)值論應(yīng)用到國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,首次提出了“國(guó)際價(jià)值”這一科學(xué)范疇,從而揭示了價(jià)值規(guī)律在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系中的作用,在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中存在著大量不等價(jià)交換的現(xiàn)象,而不等價(jià)交換是因?yàn)樵谫Y本主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系下形成的不合理的國(guó)際分工體系和舊的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。新殖民主義是二戰(zhàn)后,舊的殖民體系演變的一種新的不平等的國(guó)際關(guān)系體制,新舊殖民主義本質(zhì)是相同的,只是表現(xiàn)形式不同而已。 論文的第二部分重點(diǎn)論述了新殖民主義與馬克思的國(guó)際價(jià)值理論的關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)兩者的深入分析,從而得出了馬克思的國(guó)際價(jià)值理論可以用來(lái)作為解釋和揭示新殖民主義的理論依據(jù),也據(jù)此從經(jīng)濟(jì)軍事和文化等方面揭示了新殖民主義在當(dāng)代依然存在而且更具欺騙性。 論文的第三部分主要論述了新殖民主義的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及其對(duì)我國(guó)的影響,新殖民主義是資本主義的產(chǎn)物,在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)會(huì)依然存在,但最終的歸宿將和資本主義一樣走向滅亡。我國(guó)是最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,新殖民主義對(duì)我國(guó)各方面的影響不容忽視,我國(guó)應(yīng)在深入研究馬克思的國(guó)際價(jià)值理論的基礎(chǔ)上找出積極應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze neocolonialism with Marx's theory of international value and to understand and reveal neocolonialism from a new angle of view. The first part of the thesis mainly introduces Marx's theory of international value and some basic concepts and viewpoints of neocolonialism. Marx applied his scientific theory of labor value to the field of international economy. The scientific category of "international value" is put forward for the first time, thus revealing the role of the law of value in international economic relations, and there is a large number of phenomena of unequal exchange in international trade. The unequal exchange is due to the irrational system of international division of labor and the old international economic order formed under the capitalist relations of production. Neo-colonialism was formed after World War II. A new unequal system of international relations evolved from the old colonial system. The essence of the old and the new colonialism is the same, but in different forms. The second part focuses on the relationship between neocolonialism and Marx's theory of international value. It is concluded that Marx's theory of international value can be used as the theoretical basis for explaining and revealing neocolonialism. It also reveals that neocolonialism still exists and deceptive in economy, military and culture. The third part of the paper mainly discusses the development trend of neocolonialism and its influence on our country. Neocolonialism is the product of capitalism and will still exist in a certain period. However, the ultimate destination will be the same as capitalism. China is the largest developing country, and the influence of neocolonialism on all aspects of our country can not be ignored. On the basis of deeply studying Marx's theory of international value, China should find out the countermeasures to deal with the challenge.
