【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)作用的分析,往往從資源基礎(chǔ)觀(guān)理論出發(fā),而忽視了政治關(guān)聯(lián)作為影響企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件的重要因素所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)嵌入效果,以及所引發(fā)的社會(huì)嵌入帶來(lái)的創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)影響。本文基于中國(guó)民營(yíng)上市公司數(shù)據(jù),利用面板數(shù)據(jù)中介模型,分析了不同市場(chǎng)化程度調(diào)節(jié)變量下,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在政治關(guān)聯(lián)和創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)之間的中介作用:在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)化程度逐漸提高,與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的正式制度逐漸替代非正式制度的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)程中,政治關(guān)聯(lián)逐漸從通過(guò)資源獲取直接影響創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)向影響企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和社會(huì)嵌入情況進(jìn)而間接影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)轉(zhuǎn)變。在理論上首次將資源基礎(chǔ)觀(guān)和社會(huì)嵌入理論相結(jié)合,分析了政治關(guān)聯(lián)、企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和創(chuàng)新業(yè)績(jī)?cè)诓煌袌?chǎng)化程度條件下的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系,為政府創(chuàng)新支持政策和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略管理提出了可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the analysis of the effect of corporate political connection on innovation performance in academic circles often starts from the theory of resource-based view. It ignores the social embedding effect caused by political association as an important factor affecting the network conditions of enterprises and the innovative performance impact caused by social embedding. This paper is based on the data of private listed companies in China. Using the panel data intermediary model, this paper analyzes the intermediary role of enterprise network between political relevance and innovation performance under different market adjustment variables: the degree of marketization in China is gradually improved. The formal institutions related to enterprise innovation are gradually replacing the informal institutions in the economic process. Political relevance has gradually changed from directly influencing innovation performance through resource acquisition to influencing enterprise network and social embeddedness and then indirectly influencing enterprise innovation performance. In theory, the theory of resource base and social embedding is for the first time. The union. This paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between political connection, enterprise network and innovation achievement under different marketization degree, and provides a reliable basis for government innovation support policy and enterprise innovation strategy management.
