【摘要】：沖突轉化理論自20世紀90年代以來逐漸取代沖突化解理論的地位,成為沖突干預領域主流理論。它強調以建設性的方式來轉化沖突的爭議事項、情境、規(guī)則、結構和主體,為沖突化解掃清障礙。它特別適用于大規(guī)模、持續(xù)性和破壞性的沖突,也部分地適用于中等規(guī)模、有一定持續(xù)時間和產生一定破壞性結果的公共領域沖突。對于由于快速發(fā)展而處于沖突多發(fā)期的社會來說,系統的沖突轉化將有助于各種沖突的有效化解,為社會的深層穩(wěn)定奠定堅實的基礎。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the conflict transformation theory has gradually replaced the conflict resolution theory and become the mainstream theory in the field of conflict intervention. Rules, structures and subjects that clear the way for conflict resolution. It applies particularly to large-scale, persistent and destructive conflicts, but also, in part, to medium-sized ones. Conflicts in the public domain that have a certain duration and have certain destructive results. For a society in a conflict-prone period due to rapid development, systematic conflict transformation will contribute to the effective resolution of various conflicts. Lay a solid foundation for the deep stability of society.
