【摘要】：從宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)的角度對改革開放以來政治機會結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷與環(huán)境抗爭的策略演變進行梳理可知,由于制度的供給、國家—社會關(guān)系以及媒體的開放性的不同,每個階段的抗爭策略有所區(qū)別,大體分為隱忍沉默、柔性抗爭與激進抗爭三個階段。當然,對環(huán)境抗爭策略歷史演變的時間段的劃分僅是一種模糊的邏輯區(qū)分,其實各種策略(隱忍沉默、柔性與激進)是交織在一起的,只是某種策略在某個階段表現(xiàn)較為突出,是一種此弱彼強的關(guān)系,而非此消彼長的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:From the macro structure of the reform and opening up since the political opportunity structure changes and environmental resistance strategy evolution we can know that because of the supply of institutions the state-social relations and the openness of the media is different. Each stage of the resistance strategy is different, which is divided into three stages: tolerance and silence, flexible resistance and radical struggle. Of course, the division of the historical evolution of environmental resistance strategy is only a fuzzy logical distinction. In fact, a variety of strategies (silence, flexibility and radicalism) are intertwined, but a certain strategy is more prominent at a certain stage, is a kind of weak or strong relationship, rather than the relationship between rise and fall.
