【摘要】：趙藩是我國近代史上著名的學(xué)者、詩人、書法家、政治家,杰出的少數(shù)民族人物,在中國近代歷史上做出了自己獨特的貢獻。他一生形成了以儒家為主體、雜以百家的“經(jīng)世致用”的政治倫理思想,其思想不僅在當(dāng)時具有強烈的針對性,而且在當(dāng)今,對我國社會主義政治文明建設(shè),構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會仍具有積極的借鑒意義。 鑒于過去學(xué)術(shù)界對趙藩的研究主要是對于趙藩生平、文化成就、政治生涯 “攻心”聯(lián)的研究,而對于其政治倫理思想的研究基本上沒有,故本文以趙藩的政治倫理思想為研究對象,在闡述時代背景基礎(chǔ)上,分析了趙藩政治倫理思想的淵源,概括了趙藩政治倫理思想的主要內(nèi)容,民本思想是趙藩的政治倫理價值取向,政治倫理和諧的理想社會是趙藩的理想政治,他希望通過勤政廉政、“攻心”,“審勢”、重視教育、改革圖新、官德修養(yǎng)等途徑實現(xiàn)理想政治；在認(rèn)識和歸納趙藩政治倫理思想的基礎(chǔ)上,分析其特點并做了簡要評析,人民性、實踐性與創(chuàng)新性是趙藩政治倫理思想的鮮明特征；趙藩的政治倫理思想在很多方面表現(xiàn)出合理性,但也不可避免地帶有歷史局限性；最后論述了趙藩政治倫理思想的當(dāng)代價值,他反帝愛國、維護祖國統(tǒng)一的精神是我們進行愛國主義教育的典范,他愛民憂民的民本思想,勤政廉政思想,改革圖新思想、育人觀及官德修養(yǎng)思想是值得挖掘的寶貴思想資源。研究趙藩的政治倫理思想,發(fā)掘其合理內(nèi)核,可以為加強社會主義政治文明建設(shè)提供價值引導(dǎo),對于我國當(dāng)前加強執(zhí)政黨的建設(shè)及提高公民道德素質(zhì),特別是從政者的道德素質(zhì),有很強的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Zhao Fan is a famous scholar, poet, calligrapher, politician and outstanding minority figure in the modern history of China. The political ethics thought, which is mixed with a hundred schools of thought, not only has strong pertinence at that time, but also has a great influence on the construction of socialist political civilization in our country. The construction of socialist harmonious society still has positive reference significance. In view of the past academic research on Zhao Fan, mainly on Zhao Fan's life, cultural achievements, political career The study of "attacking heart", but there is no research on his political ethics thought, so this article takes Zhao Fan's political ethics thought as the research object, on the basis of expounding the background of the times. This paper analyzes the origin of Zhao Fan's political ethics and summarizes the main contents of Zhao Fan's political ethics. The people-oriented thought is the value orientation of Zhao Fan's political ethics, and the harmonious ideal society of political ethics is Zhao Fan's ideal politics. He hopes to realize the ideal politics through diligent and honest administration, "attacking the mind", "judging the situation", attaching importance to education, reforming new ideas and cultivating official morality. On the basis of the understanding and induction of Zhao Fan's political ethics thought, this paper analyzes its characteristics and makes a brief comment. The distinctive characteristics of Zhao Fan's political ethics thoughts are people, practicality and innovation. Zhao Fan's political ethics thought shows rationality in many aspects, but it also inevitably has historical limitation. Finally, it discusses the contemporary value of Zhao Fan's political ethics. His spirit of anti-imperialist patriotism and safeguarding the reunification of the motherland is the model of our patriotic education. He loves the people and cares for the people. The new idea of reform, the view of educating people and the thought of official morality cultivation are valuable ideological resources worth excavating. To study Zhao Fan's political ethics thought and to find out its reasonable core. It can provide value guidance for strengthening the construction of socialist political civilization, and has a strong practical guiding significance for strengthening the construction of the ruling party and improving the moral quality of citizens, especially those who are in charge of politics.
