【摘要】：目前世界政黨政治發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了很多非典型性政黨,它們有的是沒有經(jīng)過政黨注冊(cè)登記為政黨但是以政黨方式活動(dòng)和發(fā)生影響的政治組織;有的是經(jīng)過了社團(tuán)注冊(cè)、法律認(rèn)可的政黨組織形式,但在理論綱領(lǐng)、終極目標(biāo)、組織認(rèn)同、紀(jì)律要求等傳統(tǒng)政黨要素方面不完全,在規(guī)模、組織化、專業(yè)化、制度化程度等等方面存在不足和缺失。它們可稱為"準(zhǔn)政黨"與"類政黨",這類"非典型政黨"的出現(xiàn)、活動(dòng)與影響將是政黨政治中的新常態(tài),是政黨政治中值得注意的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:There are many atypical political parties in the political development of the world ' s political party . They have not been registered as a political party through the registration of political parties , but in the form of political parties whose activities and influence have been affected . They are not perfect in the traditional political party elements such as the registration of the community and the legal recognition , but they may be called quasi - political parties and political parties . The appearance , activity and influence of such " non - typical political parties " will be a new normal state in the political party politics , which is a notable phenomenon in the political party politics .
