【摘要】：在新時(shí)期我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)下,民營經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量,民營企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國保障居民就業(yè)、促進(jìn)社會創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要的渠道,對于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型、穩(wěn)定國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和增強(qiáng)國家創(chuàng)新能力方面具有重要意義。新時(shí)期全面深化改革的重要決定給我國民營經(jīng)濟(jì)和民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大提供了巨大的機(jī)遇。在這樣的時(shí)代背景下,本文寄希望于通過對中國民營上市企業(yè)的實(shí)證研究,探究如下幾個(gè)問題：(1)民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對于企業(yè)成長性究竟是否有影響,如果有影響,是積極地正面影響還是消極的負(fù)面影響?(2)民營企業(yè)所處區(qū)域的制度環(huán)境對這一潛在的影響的效應(yīng)如何,不同制度環(huán)境下這一潛在影響是否存在差異?(3)民營企業(yè)內(nèi)部的薪酬激勵水平是否會對這一潛在影響產(chǎn)生作用?本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,首先回顧了民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)、制度環(huán)境、薪酬激勵和企業(yè)成長性的相關(guān)理論與研究,通過機(jī)理分析探究了民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的影響作用,探究了在不同的企業(yè)外部制度環(huán)境或內(nèi)部薪酬激勵水平下,這種影響作用可能出現(xiàn)的差異性,并提出了相關(guān)研究假設(shè)。本文以上市時(shí)間滿五年且在2010年至2014年間持續(xù)經(jīng)營的、在證監(jiān)會上市公司行業(yè)分類指引中屬于制造業(yè)的民營企業(yè)為研究樣本,首先通過樣本民營企業(yè)年報(bào)中的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建民營企業(yè)成長性綜合評價(jià)模型,并采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、因子分析、相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析等實(shí)證分析的定量方法,計(jì)算得出企業(yè)成長性評價(jià)得分,并對文章所提假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。本文得到的主要結(jié)論如下：(1)民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對民營企業(yè)成長性具有顯著影響,企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的程度越高的民營企業(yè),企業(yè)的成長性評價(jià)越好。(2)民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的促進(jìn)作用還受到其企業(yè)所在地的制度環(huán)境的影響,制度環(huán)境中的市場化水平維度對政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的影響具有明顯的調(diào)節(jié)作用,制度環(huán)境中的政府干預(yù)程度維度對政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的影響的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。(3)民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的促進(jìn)作用受到企業(yè)內(nèi)部薪酬激勵水平的影響,民營企業(yè)高層管理者薪酬水平相對較高的企業(yè),其企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)成長性的提升促進(jìn)作用更為明顯。
[Abstract]:In the new period of the new normal for China's economic development, the private economy has become an important force in the development of China's market economy, private enterprises have become our country to protect residents employment and promote the important channel of social entrepreneurship, is of great significance for China's economic development strategic transformation, stable economic growth and enhance the national innovation ability. The important decision of the comprehensive deepening of the reform in the new period provides a great opportunity for the development and expansion of the private economy and private enterprises in China. In this background, this paper hopes through the empirical research on Chinese private listed enterprises, to explore the following questions: (1) effects of political connection of private enterprises for enterprise growth whether there is, if there is a positive impact effect, positive or negative pole of fire? (2) private enterprises at the effect of institutional environment on the regional potential influence how different system environment the potential impact of whether there is a difference? (3) whether the private enterprise internal incentive level will have to work for this potential impact? Through the combined method of literature research and empirical research, firstly reviews related the theory of political association of private enterprise, institutional environment, salary incentive and enterprise growth and research, through the analysis of the mechanism of political connection of private enterprises on enterprise growth impacts on In different enterprise external system environment or internal salary incentive level, this effect may appear difference, and put forward relevant research hypothesis. Taking the time to market for five years and 2014 years in 2010 to continue operating, the Commission listed company industry classification guidelines belongs to the manufacturing industry of private enterprises as the research sample, first through the construction of growth of the comprehensive evaluation model of financial indicators of sample data in the annual report of private enterprises and private enterprises, using quantitative analysis method empirical descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, calculated the enterprise growth evaluation score, and to test the hypothesis proposed in this paper. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the political connection of private enterprises has a significant impact on the growth of private enterprises. The higher the degree of corporate political connections, the better the growth evaluation of private enterprises. (2) the political connection of private enterprises to promote the growth of enterprises is also affected by the institutional environment of the enterprise is located, the level of market dimensions in the system environment has an apparent effect on the impact of political connection on corporate growth, regulation of dimensions of the extent of government intervention in the system environment on the impact of the political connection the enterprise growth is not significant. (3) the role of private enterprises' political connections in promoting the growth of enterprises is influenced by the level of compensation incentive in enterprises. The higher level managers of private enterprises pay higher level of corporate political connections, and the promotion of business growth is more obvious.
