建構(gòu)與解構(gòu):明代浙東湖水糾紛中的利益表達(dá)——以上虞皂李湖為中心的考察

【摘要】：浙東上虞皂李湖灌溉區(qū)域以運(yùn)河為界,運(yùn)河北岸為湖水灌溉區(qū),南岸則不在灌溉范圍之內(nèi)。運(yùn)河干涸時(shí),縣級(jí)官府希望開湖水濟(jì)運(yùn),這與南岸民眾旱時(shí)要求分水灌溉之愿望契合。因此,在明代的湖水糾紛中,北岸灌溉區(qū)湖民與縣級(jí)官府、南岸民眾間的矛盾始終存在。北岸灌溉區(qū)湖民通過構(gòu)建湖由曹黎二姓割田而成之"史實(shí)",抵制官方濟(jì)運(yùn)與南岸分水之訴求。萬歷年間,南岸精英家族通過編纂由縣級(jí)官府主導(dǎo)的地方志,意圖將湖泊變?yōu)楣?使雙方矛盾徹底激化。湖水灌溉的地理區(qū)域界限、運(yùn)河兩岸農(nóng)田分布差異和家族勢力等綜合因素,決定了湖水糾紛的發(fā)生及運(yùn)作過程。矛盾雙方通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的建構(gòu)與解構(gòu),以實(shí)現(xiàn)護(hù)水與分水之目的。
[Abstract]:The irrigation area of Shangyu Zaoli Lake in eastern Zhejiang is bounded by the canal, the north bank of the canal is the lake irrigation area, and the south bank is not within the irrigation range. When the canal dried up, the county government hoped to open the lake for water transportation, which coincided with the people's desire to divide the water to irrigate when the south bank was dry. Therefore, in the dispute of lake water in Ming Dynasty, the contradiction between the lake people in the irrigation area on the north bank and the county government and the people in the south bank has always existed. In the north bank irrigation area, the lake people through the construction of the lake by Cao Li's surname Caotian "historical facts", resist the official relief movement and the South Bank water demand. During the Wanli period, the elite family in the south bank tried to turn the lake into public domain by compiling the local chronicles dominated by the county-level government, so that the contradictions between the two sides were completely intensified. The geographical region boundary of lake irrigation, the difference of farmland distribution and family power on both sides of the canal determine the occurrence and operation process of lake water dispute. Through the construction and deconstruction of the literature, both sides of the contradiction realize the purpose of protecting and separating water.
