【摘要】：中國(guó)歷代變法,基本上是以解決國(guó)家財(cái)政問題為中心的財(cái)政變法。由于歷史條件的限制,以及主持變法者主觀努力的不同,這種財(cái)政變法的類型各不相同,導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果也不一樣。本文將中國(guó)歷代變法概括為征農(nóng)型、征商型和農(nóng)商并征型,并分別以北魏均田制改革、西漢桑弘羊變法,以及北宋王安石變法為典型,對(duì)這三種類型的變法各自的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)及成敗進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:China's successive reforms were basically fiscal reforms centered on solving national financial problems. Due to the limitation of historical conditions and the different subjective efforts of the moderators, the types of this kind of financial reform are different and the results are different. In this paper, the history of Chinese reform is summarized as the type of conscription of agriculture, the type of conscription of quotient and the type of concomitant of agricultural quotient, and the reform of the average field system in the Northern Wei Dynasty, the reform of Sang Hongyang in the Western Han Dynasty, and the reform of Wang Anshi in the Northern Song Dynasty, respectively. The characteristics and success of these three types of variants are analyzed.
