【摘要】：清代康熙中期以降,隨著商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,糧食商品化的趨勢日益明顯。這一時(shí)期,由于貨幣稅收份額的增加、人口的驟增、市鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟(jì)作物種植面積的不斷擴(kuò)大等因素的影響,促使糧食大規(guī)模地投向市場。糧食問題事關(guān)國家的長治久安,清朝政府為了穩(wěn)定糧食市場,從康熙朝開始實(shí)行糧價(jià)奏報(bào)制度,歷經(jīng)雍正朝的完善,至乾隆朝得以最終確立,形成了一套完整的有關(guān)清代全國各地的糧價(jià)檔案,為研究清代物價(jià)史提供了第一手珍貴的數(shù)據(jù)史料,本文所研究的糧價(jià)正是物價(jià)史的重要組成部分。在傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì),糧價(jià)是衡量社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)變動(dòng)的重要指標(biāo)。本文以十八世紀(jì)(1738-1794)贛西地區(qū)的糧價(jià)與糧食市場為研究對(duì)象,利用清代檔案中的糧價(jià)單和雨水糧價(jià)奏折、清代贛西三府地方志以及臺(tái)灣中央研究院王業(yè)鍵院士建立的“清代糧價(jià)資料庫”取得的米價(jià)原始數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的數(shù)理分析方法,同時(shí)回歸文史材料驗(yàn)證,盡量做到定量分析與定性分析并重。通過對(duì)十八世紀(jì)贛西地區(qū)袁州府、瑞州府、臨江三府米價(jià)長期變動(dòng)的觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)贛西地區(qū)已經(jīng)形成了一個(gè)高度統(tǒng)一的糧食市場,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步考究該區(qū)域糧食市場價(jià)格的變動(dòng)主要受到人口壓力、官紳商賈、災(zāi)荒戰(zhàn)爭以及貨幣流通等因素的制約,最后,考察發(fā)現(xiàn),贛西地區(qū)的糧食市場的運(yùn)作及商品糧的流通方向是多路并進(jìn),互通有無的。
[Abstract]:With the further development of commodity economy, the trend of grain commercialization became more and more obvious. In this period, due to the increase of the share of monetary and tax revenue, the sudden increase of population, the development of town economy and the continuous expansion of cash crop planting area, the grain was sent to the market on a large scale. In order to stabilize the grain market, the Qing government began to implement the grain price report system from the Kangxi Dynasty. After the perfection of the Yongzheng Dynasty, the Qianlong Dynasty was finally established. It forms a set of complete food price archives all over the country in Qing Dynasty, which provides first-hand and precious historical data for the study of the price history of Qing Dynasty. The grain price studied in this paper is an important part of the history of price. In traditional agricultural society, food price is an important index to measure social and economic changes. This paper takes the grain price and grain market in the western Jiangxi region as the research object in the 18th century (1738-1794), and makes use of the grain price list in the archives of the Qing Dynasty and Rain Water's grain price. The original rice price data obtained from the Sanfu Local Records of the Western Jiangxi Province in the Qing Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty Grain Price Database established by the Academician Wang Yejian of the Taiwan Central Research Institute combined with the mathematical analysis method of statistics, and at the same time returned to the verification of literary and historical materials. Try to achieve both quantitative and qualitative analysis. By observing the long-term changes in the rice prices of Yuan Zhou, Ruizhou and Linjiang provinces in the western Jiangxi region in the 18th century, it is found that a highly unified grain market has been formed in the western Jiangxi region, and on this basis, To further study the changes in grain market prices in the region are mainly restricted by population pressure, official gentry and merchants, famine wars and currency circulation, etc. Finally, the investigation found that The operation of grain market and the circulation direction of commodity grain in west Jiangxi are multiplex and mutualistic.
