【摘要】：宋元時(shí)期,由于海外貿(mào)易的飛速發(fā)展,福建地區(qū)的陶瓷業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了鼎盛階段,形成了閩北、閩東、閩南三大產(chǎn)瓷片區(qū)；各片區(qū)中均窯口眾多,產(chǎn)品極其豐富,不僅暢銷(xiāo)國(guó)內(nèi),也通過(guò)海上絲綢之路遠(yuǎn)銷(xiāo)日本、東南亞乃至中東地區(qū)。隨著對(duì)福建陶瓷研究的日漸深入,窯業(yè)技術(shù)方面也愈加受到重視。福建陶瓷的裝燒工藝是福建陶瓷研究的重要組成部分,也是全面透徹了解福建宋元瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)的必要渠道。 福建地區(qū)的瓷窯在產(chǎn)品上主要有青瓷、青白瓷、黑瓷三種,各窯的產(chǎn)品往往比較復(fù)雜多樣,依照產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)容和各種器物的組成比例,諸多的窯口大體可分為青瓷窯、青白瓷窯、黑釉瓷窯三大系統(tǒng)；各系統(tǒng)的主要窯具和裝燒工藝之間既有相同點(diǎn),也有各自的特色。研究各個(gè)窯系的裝燒工藝可以更清晰地了解福建各種窯系的生產(chǎn)模式,探尋福建陶瓷的地方特點(diǎn)。福建地區(qū)的瓷器燒造進(jìn)入成熟期的歷史可上溯至南朝,當(dāng)時(shí)便已有使用各種成熟的裝燒窯具和裝燒工藝。本文在研究福建宋元時(shí)期陶瓷裝燒工藝的同時(shí),也適當(dāng)參考前代的裝燒工藝特點(diǎn),以期探明宋元時(shí)期福建陶瓷裝燒工藝的來(lái)源與演變。 本文對(duì)福建陶瓷裝燒工藝的研究,是以福建宋元時(shí)期窯址的調(diào)查報(bào)告與考古發(fā)掘報(bào)告等前人文獻(xiàn)為主要依據(jù)的,由于報(bào)告中對(duì)裝燒窯具尤其是細(xì)節(jié)特點(diǎn)往往不甚清晰,因此再輔以筆者對(duì)各窯址的實(shí)地考察所得,對(duì)相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和完善。
[Abstract]:During the Song and Yuan dynasties, due to the rapid development of overseas trade, the ceramic industry in Fujian Province entered the peak stage, forming three major porcelain production areas of North Fujian, East Fujian and South Fujian. The products are very rich, not only sold well in China, but also exported to Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East through the Sea Silk Road. With the deepening of ceramic research in Fujian Province, kiln industry technology has been paid more and more attention. The sintering process of Fujian ceramics is an important part of Fujian ceramic research, and also a necessary channel to understand the production of Fujian porcelain industry in Song and Yuan dynasties. The porcelain kilns in Fujian are mainly celadon, celadon and black porcelain. The products of each kiln are often quite complex and diverse. According to the content of the products and the proportion of various utensils, many kilns can be roughly divided into celadon kilns and celadon porcelain kilns. Three systems of black glazed porcelain kiln; The main kiln furniture and firing process of each system have their own characteristics as well as similarities. It is possible to understand more clearly the production mode of various kiln systems in Fujian and to explore the local characteristics of Fujian ceramics by studying the firing process of each kiln system. The history of porcelain firing in Fujian into maturity dates back to the Southern Dynasty, when all kinds of mature kiln tools and firing techniques were used. In this paper, the ceramic charging and firing technology in Song and Yuan dynasties of Fujian Province is studied, and the characteristics of the former generation are also referred to properly, in order to find out the origin and evolution of the ceramic loading and firing technology in Fujian in Song and Yuan dynasties. In this paper, the research on ceramic loading and firing technology in Fujian is mainly based on the investigation report and archaeological excavation report of the kiln site in Song and Yuan dynasties of Fujian Province, because the details of the kiln ware, especially the details, are not very clear in the report. Therefore, the author of the site investigation of the kiln site to supplement and improve the relevant information.
