【摘要】：十六國時期地方豪族勢力膨脹,攫取了地方社會的統(tǒng)治權(quán)。為了加強(qiáng)對地方的控制,十六國時期北方各族王朝普遍實行了軍鎮(zhèn)制度。軍鎮(zhèn)是中央在地方統(tǒng)治的支撐點,使中央的統(tǒng)治力得以延伸到地方。淝水之戰(zhàn)后,由于北方各族政權(quán)整體實力的衰落,地方勢力離心趨勢增強(qiáng)。中央與地方關(guān)系的新走向,導(dǎo)致了十六國后期軍鎮(zhèn)制的變革。
[Abstract]:During the sixteen Kingdoms period, the local aristocrats swelled and seized the ruling power of the local society. In order to strengthen the local control, the northern dynasties of all nationalities generally implemented the military-town system during the 16-nation period. Military town is the support of the central government in the local rule, so that the central power to extend to the local. Feishui postwar, due to the decline of the power of all ethnic groups in the north, the centrifugal trend of local forces increased. The new trend of the relationship between the central government and the local government led to the reform of the military town system in the late period of the Sixteen Kingdoms.
