【摘要】：八旗制度是清朝頗有特色的一項(xiàng)綜合性制度,也是一項(xiàng)相對(duì)開放的制度,改旗制度就是其中重要表現(xiàn)之一。在八旗內(nèi)部,有縱向的流動(dòng),如抬旗與降旗,也有橫向的轉(zhuǎn)換,此為換旗。八旗制度內(nèi)部的改旗,一方面是制度上的流動(dòng)性加強(qiáng)了上三旗與下五旗,八旗漢軍、八旗蒙古與八旗滿洲之間的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,促進(jìn)了八旗整體性;另一方面,改旗制度的存在,形成了八旗內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,增加了八旗制度的活力與生命力。
[Abstract]:Eight banners system is a characteristic comprehensive system in Qing Dynasty, and it is also a relatively open system. In the eight flags, there is vertical flow, such as flag raising and flag lowering, but also horizontal conversion, this is flag exchange. On the one hand, the mobility of the system strengthens the organic connection between the upper three banners and the lower five banners, the eight banners, the Han army, the eight banners, Mongolia and the eight banners Manchuria, which promotes the integrity of the eight banners; on the other hand, the existence of the flag reform system. Formed the eight banners internal competition mechanism, increased the vitality and vitality of the eight banners system.
