儒家禮仁之治施政方略的主要命題及其思維方式——以《五經(jīng)正義》為典型個(gè)案

【摘要】:剛?cè)岵?jì)、禮樂相須、仁義相成、德刑相輔、寬猛相濟(jì)、勞逸相參等命題,共同構(gòu)成了《五經(jīng)正義》禮仁之治施政方略的主要內(nèi)容,相關(guān)政治范疇也構(gòu)成陰陽互補(bǔ)、剛?cè)岵?jì)的關(guān)系。這就在維護(hù)尊卑貴賤的前提下,以張揚(yáng)"仁義"的形式,囊括了包括剛克、猛政、嚴(yán)刑、役使在內(nèi)的各種統(tǒng)治手段,并為政策選擇上的靈活性提供了理論指導(dǎo)。在評說儒家的"仁政"、"合和"時(shí),必須充分注意到這一點(diǎn),否則就難免導(dǎo)出皮毛之論。
[Abstract]:Such propositions as the combination of integrity and softness, the need of etiquette and music, the complementary of benevolence and righteousness, the complementary of morality and punishment, the combination of leniency and fervor, and the combination of labor and ease constitute the main contents of the policy strategy of "five classics justice", and the relevant political categories also form a complement of yin and yang. A relationship of firmness and softness. This, on the premise of maintaining superiority and inferiority, in the form of publicizing "benevolence and righteousness", includes all kinds of ruling means, including Gangke, fierce government, severe punishment and servitude, and provides theoretical guidance for flexibility in policy choice. In commenting on Confucian benevolence and harmony, we must pay full attention to this point, otherwise it will inevitably lead to superficial theory.
