【摘要】：北宋是科舉制度的完備時(shí)期,更有許多獨(dú)創(chuàng)的制度為前世所未有,后世所效行。本文從科舉法制的角度去考證和分悉北宋所創(chuàng)立的精密的考試制度,從務(wù)求至公的考試條制、發(fā)解條制、省試條制、殿試條制四個(gè)部分來論證。第一章,務(wù)求至公的考試制度。從北宋大興科舉的歷史背景入手,介紹了北宋時(shí)期確立的一系列卓有成效、貫穿于整個(gè)考試過程中的科舉制度,分為加強(qiáng)皇權(quán)的考試制度和防閑主司的考試制度兩個(gè)層面論述,無論哪個(gè)層面上的制度,都促使北宋科考趨于公平化,一大批寒門才俊脫穎而出。第二章,發(fā)解條制考。首先整理了北宋曾經(jīng)制定、施行過的發(fā)解條例也包括與發(fā)解試相關(guān)的其他官方條例,其次詳細(xì)介紹了北宋發(fā)解試中獨(dú)有的四個(gè)制度:取解和免解制度,解額和寄應(yīng)制度。并介紹了發(fā)解試對(duì)北宋社會(huì)的影響。第三章,省試條制考。作為北宋三級(jí)考試中最為關(guān)鍵的一環(huán),北宋針對(duì)省試也制定了一系列的條例,本章第一節(jié)略述北宋的制定、施行過的省試條例,同樣也包括與省試相關(guān)的其他官方條例。第二節(jié),介紹了省試中一個(gè)非常重要的制度——省試考官制度。第四章,殿試條制考。主要從殿試程序制度、授官制度,以及特奏名制度三個(gè)方面論述了宋代殿試的程序和授官規(guī)制,并揭示了殿試制度的“收天下士心”的政治意義。 本文重在介紹北宋曾制定、施行過的科舉條例、科舉制度及兩者的運(yùn)行狀況。簡(jiǎn)要介紹其實(shí)施的歷史背景和社會(huì)效果。學(xué)界研究北宋科舉制度成果頗豐,對(duì)北宋法制也有相當(dāng)?shù)纳钊氲难芯�。但是把兩者結(jié)合起來,從法制史的角度研究北宋科舉制度的著述比較少見,希望本文能對(duì)北宋科舉法制研究做一些有益的補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:The Northern Song Dynasty was the complete period of imperial examination system. From the angle of imperial examination legal system, this paper studies and points out the precise examination system established by the Northern Song Dynasty, and proves it from four parts: the examination strip system, the release strip system, the provincial test strip system and the temple test strip system. The first chapter is devoted to the public examination system. From the historical background of Daxing imperial examination in Northern Song Dynasty, this paper introduces a series of successful imperial examination system established in Northern Song Dynasty, which runs through the whole examination process. It is divided into two levels: strengthening the examination system of imperial power and the examination system of the chief department of preventing leisure. No matter which level of system, all promote the Northern Song Dynasty scientific research tends to be fair, a large number of cold talent stand out. The second chapter, the release of the strip system test. First of all, the regulations of the Northern Song Dynasty have been made, and the regulations have also included other official regulations related to the test, and then introduced in detail the unique four systems in the Northern Song Dynasty: the system of withdrawal and exemption, the system of settlement and payment. It also introduces the influence of the test on the society of the Northern Song Dynasty. The third chapter, the provincial examination system. As the most crucial part of the third level examination in the Northern Song Dynasty, the Northern Song Dynasty also formulated a series of regulations for the provincial test. The first chapter briefly describes the formulation of the Northern Song Dynasty, the provincial test regulations that have been put into effect, and other official regulations related to the provincial test. The second section, introduced a very important system in the provincial test-provincial examiners system. The fourth chapter, the temple examination system. This paper mainly discusses the procedure and regulation of the temple examination in the Song Dynasty from three aspects: the procedure system of the temple examination, the system of conferring officials, and the system of special name. It also reveals the political significance of the system of the temple examination "winning the hearts of the world". This article mainly introduces the imperial examination regulations, the imperial examination system and the operation of the Northern Song Dynasty. This paper briefly introduces the historical background and social effect of its implementation. Academic research on the imperial examination system of the Northern Song Dynasty was fruitful, and the legal system of the Northern Song Dynasty was also studied in depth. But it is rare to study the imperial examination system in Northern Song Dynasty from the angle of the history of legal system. I hope this paper can make some useful supplement to the study of the imperial examination system in the Northern Song Dynasty.
