醫(yī)國與醫(yī)人：明代名醫(yī)繆希雍研究

【摘要】：繆希雍知識(shí)廣博,閱歷豐富,青年時(shí)便四方游歷,尋師訪友,采藥搜方,修煉醫(yī)術(shù),終成有明一代的醫(yī)學(xué)大家。繆希雍還是一代名士,積極參與社會(huì)政治活動(dòng),與醫(yī)家王肯堂,佛家達(dá)觀和尚,東林黨人士高攀龍、丁元薦、朱國楨、于玉立等交往甚密�？娤Ｓ和砟隄撔尼t(yī)學(xué),在數(shù)十年的醫(yī)學(xué)積累的基礎(chǔ)上,終于寫成《先醒齋醫(yī)學(xué)廣筆記》與《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)疏》兩部在中醫(yī)史上具有影響力的著作。文章主要由三部分組成:第一部分主要論述繆希雍的家世及人生經(jīng)歷�？娤Ｓ簩俪Ｊ煨孪锟娛弦蛔�,出生于業(yè)儒之家。父親繆尚志科舉入仕,任漢陽通判,在繆希雍年幼時(shí)便病逝。家庭變故使繆希雍舍棄舉業(yè),轉(zhuǎn)向醫(yī)學(xué)。繆希雍為精求醫(yī)道而四方游歷,尋師探方,終有所成。此外,他還積極參與政治活動(dòng)�？娤Ｓ和砟旮鼘Ｗ⒂卺t(yī)學(xué),編著《先醒齋醫(yī)學(xué)廣筆記》與《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)疏》。第二部分主要論述繆希雍的醫(yī)學(xué)成就�？娤Ｓ旱呐R床實(shí)踐有辯證施治、活用經(jīng)方、善于奇藥三大特點(diǎn)。他對(duì)傷寒論、脾胃論、吐血癥等有自己獨(dú)到的見解。其著作《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)疏》對(duì)本草學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)頗大。第三部分主要論述繆希雍的社會(huì)交往與從政經(jīng)歷。社會(huì)交往方面,論述了繆希雍與東林黨人士之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)繆希雍是否屬于東林黨、是否參與東林黨與閹黨的斗爭進(jìn)行考辨,并探討了繆希雍與醫(yī)家王肯堂之間的交游與醫(yī)學(xué)交流。從政經(jīng)歷方面,考述了繆希雍萬歷十三年(1585)助徐貞明北上墾田,及萬歷二十年(1593)福建助許孚遠(yuǎn)練兵這兩次政治活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Miao Xiyong has extensive knowledge and rich experience. When he was young, he traveled around the world, looking for teachers to visit friends, collecting medicine and finding prescriptions, practicing medicine, and eventually becoming the medical community of the Ming Dynasty. Miao Xiyong is also a generation of famous people, actively participate in social and political activities, with the doctor Wang Kentang, Buddhist Buddhist Buddhist monk, Donglin party personage Gao Panlong, Ding Yuan recommendation, Zhu Guozhen, Yu Yuli and other contacts are very close. In his later years, Miao Xi-yong devoted himself to medicine, on the basis of decades of medical accumulation, he finally wrote two influential works in the history of traditional Chinese medicine. The article consists of three parts: the first part mainly discusses Miao Xiyong's family background and life experience. Miao Xiyong is Changshu New Lane Miao clan, born in the family of Confucian. His father, Miao Shangzhi, entered the imperial examination and died of illness when Miao Xiyong was young. The family accident made Musiyong abandon his undertaking and turn to medicine. Miuxiyong for the fine seek medical treatment and travel around, search for a teacher to explore the recipe, eventually have a success. In addition, he also actively participated in political activities. In his later years, Miao Xiyong devoted more attention to medicine, and edited the extensive Notes of the first Zhai Medicine and Shennong's Herbal Classic. The second part mainly discusses Miao Xiyong's medical achievements. Miao Xiyong's clinical practice has three characteristics: dialectical treatment, meridian prescription and good at strange medicine. He has his own unique views on febrile disease, spleen-stomach theory, hemoptysis, etc. His book Shennong Herbal Classic made a great contribution to herbalism. The third part mainly discusses Miao Xiyong's social intercourse and political experience. In the aspect of social communication, the relationship between Miao Xiyong and the Donglin Party is discussed, and whether Miao Xiyong belongs to the Donglin Party and whether he participates in the struggle between the Donglin Party and the Eunuch Party is studied. It also discusses the communication and medical communication between Miao Xiyong and the doctor Wang Kentang. In the aspect of political experience, the political activities of Miao Xiyong Wanli thirteen years (1585) to help Xu Zhenming go north to reclaim land, and Wanli 20 years (1593) Fujian to assist Xu Fuyuan to train troops were described.
