【摘要】：唐宋之交商品經濟的蓬勃發(fā)展及其引發(fā)的一系列制度變革導致國家和社會關系從"國家凌駕于社會之上"向"國家與社會互動"變遷。里坊既是國家權力在城市的末梢,也是城市居民的基本生活場域,是聯(lián)結國家和社會關系的紐帶。國家和社會關系的重構也導致里坊制的演變,坊墻逐步被廢除,里坊的社會控制功能也大大弱化。里坊制的演變又推動了商品經濟發(fā)展、城市文化繁榮、社會組織發(fā)展、市民的空間流動與身份流動,進而進一步促進國家與社會互動。這與我國從計劃經濟到市場經濟轉型過程中單位制的演變具有諸多相似之處,并給我們帶來以下三點啟示:(1)從單位制到街區(qū)制對我國當前國家和社會關系調整具有積極作用;(2)單位制的消解是一個長期的過程,有可能出現(xiàn)階段性反復;(3)圍墻是單位制的重要組成部分,其存廢預示著單位制的興衰。
[Abstract]:The flourishing development of commodity economy in the Tang and Song dynasties and a series of institutional changes caused by it lead to the change of state and social relations from "the state is above the society" to "the interaction between the state and society". Lifang is not only the end of the state power in the city, but also the basic living field of the city residents. The reconstruction of the state and social relations also led to the evolution of the Lifang system. The walls were gradually abolished, and the social control function of Lifang was weakened greatly. The evolution of the Lifang system has promoted the development of commodity economy, the prosperity of urban culture, the development of social organization, the spatial mobility and identity flow of citizens, and further promoted the interaction between the state and society. This has many similarities with the evolution of the unit system in China's transition from a planned economy to a market economy. And bring us the following three revelations: (1) from unit system to block system has a positive effect on the adjustment of our country and social relations; (2) the resolution of unit system is a long-term process. (3) the wall is an important part of the unit system, and its retention or abolition indicates the rise and fall of the unit system.
