“使功不如使過”的界限與智慧兼談曹操的用人之道

【摘要】:正亂世之中,"使功不如使過"的智慧總是熠熠生輝。因?yàn)閺娜诵缘慕嵌葋砜?任何英才都會(huì)出于一雪前恥的動(dòng)機(jī)而迸發(fā)出巨大的內(nèi)在力量,即心理學(xué)中所謂的"拿破侖效應(yīng)"。若沒有這樣的用人智慧,往往會(huì)明珠暗投、事業(yè)受挫,如諸葛亮不給馬謖一雪前恥的機(jī)會(huì);或者陷入無法挽回的挫敗,如袁崇煥擅殺毛文龍。毛文龍有問題是不錯(cuò)的,但是他打仗有章法,練兵則更有一套,又是皇太極側(cè)后唯一有破襲能力的將領(lǐng),對(duì)于皇太極來說恰如芒刺在背。因此,袁崇煥抓住了毛文龍冒領(lǐng)軍餉甚至私通皇太極的過錯(cuò)后,最為理性的做法應(yīng)是"使功不如使過",可以或明或暗地警示毛文龍的過錯(cuò),以此迫使毛文龍更加積極地襲擾皇太極的后方。但是袁崇煥沒有如此之用人智謀,一如既往地表現(xiàn)出眼里不容沙子的態(tài)度,處心積慮地誘殺了毛文龍,結(jié)果不僅鑄就了毛文龍的悲劇,自己更被連累至死。目前,史學(xué)家公認(rèn)曹操的用人藝術(shù)高超,我們從一個(gè)微觀角度即"使功不如使過"來談曹操用人的內(nèi)在邏輯,以啟發(fā)當(dāng)今的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,促進(jìn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In times of chaos, the wisdom of "doing better than doing what you do" always sparkles. Because from the point of view of human nature, any talented person will burst out of the motive of a former shame, that is, the so-called "Napoleon effect" in psychology. Without such wisdom, they often cast bright pearls and cause setbacks, such as Zhuge Liang's failure to give Ma Su a chance to be shamed before his death, or an irreparable setback, such as Yuan Chonghuan's unruly killing of Mao Wenlong. Mao Wen-long had a problem, but he had rules for fighting and even more for training. He was the only general who had the ability to break through behind Huangtai Chi, just like a thorn in the back of Huangtai Chi. Therefore, after Yuan Chonghuan caught Mao Wenlong's fault of risking his military pay or even communicating with Huangtai Chi, the most rational way to do it should be to "make achievements worse than to make use of them" and warn Mao Wenlong of his mistakes either explicitly or implicitly. Thus forcing Mao Wenlong to attack the rear of Huangtai Chi more actively. But Yuan Chonghuan did not use such resourcefulness, as always showed the attitude of the eyes not sand, calculated to kill Mao Wenlong, the result not only cast the tragedy of Mao Wenlong, he was even more involved to death. At present, it is recognized by historians that Cao Cao has excellent employment art, so we discuss the internal logic of Cao Cao personnel from a microcosmic point of view, that is, "making merit worse than using too much", in order to enlighten today's leaders and promote the development of the cause.
