【摘要】：隨著新出土材料刊布及西周史研究的推進(jìn),學(xué)界將五服制僅視為朝貢制度的認(rèn)識(shí)亟待轉(zhuǎn)變。根據(jù)新出土材料和傳世文獻(xiàn)的記載,可見(jiàn)西周王朝治理邊疆族邦三大策略:在軍事征服基礎(chǔ)之上,建立要服、荒服,要服、荒服邦伯參與國(guó)家祭祀、朝覲禮儀,認(rèn)同周王朝的統(tǒng)治,成為西周王朝國(guó)家組成部分;在周邊族邦地區(qū)建立侯伯,監(jiān)管周邊族邦盡職情況;周王親自巡查邊疆族邦或派遣甸服朝臣到地方巡視,檢驗(yàn)邊疆族邦對(duì)西周王朝應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。西周王朝采取的這些治理邊疆族邦策略是由其建國(guó)時(shí)的國(guó)家體制決定的。
[Abstract]:With the advance of the research on the newly unearthed materials and the history of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the scholars' understanding that the five-suit system is only regarded as tributary system needs to be changed urgently. According to the newly unearthed materials and the records of the handed down documents, it can be seen that the Western Zhou Dynasty had three major strategies to govern the frontier nationality: on the basis of military conquest, the three major strategies were to establish the basic principles of military subjugation, to establish the essential service, the wasteland clothing, the need to serve, to take part in the national sacrifice, and the pilgrimage etiquette. Identify with the rule of the Zhou Dynasty and become part of the Western Zhou Dynasty; set up Hou Bo in the surrounding areas of the ethnic states to supervise the due diligence of the surrounding ethnic states; and the king of Zhou personally inspected the frontier states or sent courtiers to inspect the local areas. To examine the duties of frontier states to the Western Zhou Dynasty. The strategies adopted by the Western Zhou Dynasty to govern the frontier state were determined by the state system at the time of its founding.
