【摘要】：正從歷史看管理、找經(jīng)驗(yàn)、養(yǎng)韜晦、善謀略歷來是管理學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)所在,而把三國紛爭一統(tǒng)歸晉的歷史類比為三家大型集團(tuán)公司市場競爭的商戰(zhàn)情勢早已為此前的研究者所用。對(duì)蜀國最先滅亡、諸葛亮功敗垂成的原因,通過現(xiàn)代政治的詮釋和歷史發(fā)展大勢的邏輯,研究者們已經(jīng)剖析綦詳,但本文將從一個(gè)與之前不一樣的研究視角——將現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的概念和企業(yè)的管理模式結(jié)合起來再融入歷史場景中,來重新演繹這段歷史,希望能給當(dāng)代
[Abstract]:Looking at management from history, looking for experience and keeping a low profile, good strategy has always been a hot spot in the study of management. The historical analogy of the unification of the three Kingdoms as the market competition of three large group companies has long been used by previous researchers. Through the interpretation of modern politics and the logic of the general trend of historical development, the researchers have analyzed the reasons why Shu was the first to perish and the failure of Zhuge Liang to succeed. However, this paper will reinterpret the history from a research perspective different from the previous one-combining the concept of modern leadership with the management model of the enterprise, and then integrating it into the historical scene, in the hope that it can give a new interpretation to the contemporary era.
