【摘要】：《濟州刺史任公屏盜碑》與《衛(wèi)州刺史郭進屏盜碑》作為中國古代屏盜碑的典型代表,藉之可管窺五代時期地方賊患治理。賊患產(chǎn)生由多種因素造成,如割據(jù)紛爭的軍事戰(zhàn)亂、繁重的賦役與頻發(fā)的自然災(zāi)荒、澆漓的民風與山幽藪深的自然地理環(huán)境、雞鳴狗盜與犯罪之徒轉(zhuǎn)化為盜等。統(tǒng)治者采取諸多措施加以屏盜:量才授職,任官唯賢;重典治盜,武力剿殺;赦罪招撫,加強防備;政治宣教,寬惠愛民。
[Abstract]:As a typical representative of ancient Chinese burglaries, Jizhou thorn history Ren Gongping pilfered stele and Wei Zhou thorn history Guo Jinping pilfer tablet are typical representatives of ancient China, which can be used to peek at the treatment of local thieves in the five dynasties.Thieves are caused by many factors, such as the military chaos of the separation dispute, the heavy duty and frequent natural famine, the popular custom and the deep natural geographical environment, the rooster, the dog, the thief and the criminal turn into the thief and so on.The ruler took a lot of measures to screen the theft: the quantity was given to the post, the official was meritocracy; the law was used to punish and kill by force; the forgiveness of sins was called for and the guard was strengthened; the political preaching and education were given to the people to the benefit of the people.
