【摘要】：明清以來鄉(xiāng)里民間對(duì)于賭博惡習(xí)深惡痛絕,想方設(shè)法予以遏制,集眾議立禁賭碑,在鄉(xiāng)規(guī)民約和宗譜中以鄉(xiāng)約族規(guī)家訓(xùn)方式予以嚴(yán)厲制裁。民間的遏制措施,是配合官方法制的有力機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, villagers have been deeply loathed by gambling evil habits, and have tried their best to contain them. They have gathered together to discuss and ban gambling tablets, and severely punished them in the form of rules and regulations of the villagers and in their genealogy. Folk containment measures have been taken. It is a powerful mechanism to tie in with the official legal system.
