【摘要】：受橋梁制造技術(shù)和成本所限,以船擺渡是宋代渡河的主要方式。因業(yè)務(wù)繁簡、位置沖偏的差異,津渡的管理和經(jīng)營也有多種方式。官府設(shè)置了大量官渡,官渡是渡河交通的主要保障,其經(jīng)營方式主要有兩種:在重要和便利的津渡設(shè)置渡官、渡子直接經(jīng)營,在人少利薄的津渡實行競價買撲。但官渡不能完全滿足需要,且常有勒索渡人的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。官渡之外,還有大量的民間私渡。為了保障官渡的利益以及邊境河流地域的安全,官府曾一再下令禁止私渡,但私渡始終禁而不絕,其數(shù)量甚至遠多于官渡。而對津渡的管理也體現(xiàn)出宋朝保障交通與追求經(jīng)濟利益的雙重政策取向。
[Abstract]:Limited by bridge manufacturing technology and cost, boat ferry was the main way of crossing the river in Song Dynasty. Due to the complexity of business and the difference of location, there were many ways to manage and manage Jindu. A large number of mandarins were set up by the government. Guandu is the main guarantee of the river crossing traffic. There are two main modes of operation: setting up the ferry officials in the important and convenient Jindu, managing the ferry directly, and carrying out bidding in the small profit Jindu, but the Guandu can not completely meet the needs. In addition to Guandu, there is also a large number of private migrants. In order to protect the interests of Guandu and the security of border river areas, the government has repeatedly ordered the prohibition of smuggling, but smuggling has always been banned. The management of Jindu also reflects the dual policy orientation of protecting traffic and pursuing economic benefits in Song Dynasty.
