【摘要】：兩宋時(shí)期,少數(shù)民族政權(quán)紛紛崛起,對(duì)中原王朝的沖擊是非常明顯的。而中原王朝為了鞏固自己的統(tǒng)治,與周邊諸民族政權(quán)建立了友好的往來(lái)關(guān)系,其中對(duì)使節(jié)的接待成為其友好往來(lái)中非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。兩宋王朝為接待不同政權(quán)的使節(jié)設(shè)置了不同的機(jī)構(gòu),其中,為遼、金使節(jié)設(shè)置了專門的接待機(jī)構(gòu)—都亭驛。 都亭驛的淵源可追溯到秦漢時(shí)期,在秦漢到兩宋漫長(zhǎng)的歷史進(jìn)程中得到不斷地完善和發(fā)展。在兩宋時(shí)期隨著官制的改變,都亭驛所隸屬的機(jī)構(gòu)也發(fā)生了的變化,而其本身的機(jī)構(gòu)建制以及驛內(nèi)的官職設(shè)置相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。都亭驛作為主要接待遼金使節(jié)之所,除了負(fù)責(zé)館待使節(jié),同時(shí)也是舉辦皇帝賜宴之所,北使吊唁、習(xí)儀之地,還是是宋王朝管理在宋的遼人、金人的機(jī)構(gòu),也曾作為三省、樞密院的臨時(shí)辦公之地。 都亭驛為兩宋時(shí)期接待遼、金使節(jié)的專門場(chǎng)所,為雙方往來(lái)關(guān)系的展開提供了最基本的環(huán)境保障。都亭驛中進(jìn)行的賜物、習(xí)儀、宴飲、吊祭等活動(dòng),也為雙方間展開物質(zhì)、文化交流提供了契機(jī)。兩宋都亭驛的設(shè)置,在宋遼、宋金關(guān)系史上具有一定的地位與作用。
[Abstract]:The two Song Dynasties, minority regime have been rising on the Central Plains, the impact is very obvious. And the Central Plains Dynasty in order to consolidate their rule, to establish friendly relations with neighboring ethnic groups of envoys of the reception regime, which is a very important part of its friendly exchanges in two. The Song Dynasty set up different the mechanism for the reception of different regimes including Liao, Jin envoys, diplomats set up special reception mechanism of the pavilion.
The origin of the pavilion can be traced back to the Qin and Han Dynasties, in Qin and Han Dynasties to the long history of the two song in continuous improvement and development. In the two Song Dynasties with system changes, changes in the pavilion are affiliated institutions also occurred, and the institution itself and in the office setting relative Yi stable. The pavilion as the main reception's envoys of the Institute, except for the museum to be ambassadors, but also held the feast of the emperor, north to pay, Xi instrument, or is the Song Dynasty in the Song Liao management, Jin, also served as the three provinces, the temporary office of the Privy Council..
The pavilion is two Song Dynasty reception Liao, Jin envoys special places, environment provides a basic guarantee for deployment of both relations. Thanks, for the pavilion in the Xi instrument, banquet, borrowing and other activities, also matter between the two sides, the cultural exchange provides an opportunity. The two song Douting post setting in Song Liao, has a role in the history of the relation between song and Jin.
