【摘要】：正自上世紀(jì)60年代末葉,搬到東直門街道轄區(qū),至今已歷半個(gè)世紀(jì)。其間幾乎天天穿越東直門外大街(也稱東外大街),故對其歷史變遷格外關(guān)注。經(jīng)走訪鄰里,收集地圖,查閱書刊、檔案,發(fā)現(xiàn)這條東直門外大街還真頗有奧妙。東直門外大街是一條自二環(huán)路東北側(cè)的東直門橋起,筆直向東,終至農(nóng)展館的大街。筆者在此強(qiáng)調(diào)"今東直門外大街"的"今"字,言外之意,難道還有一條和
