【摘要】：20世紀(jì)初,日本以"懷柔"政策借所謂"間島"問題強(qiáng)迫清政府簽訂條約,開放了龍井村、局子街、頭道溝、百草溝四處為商埠。延邊地區(qū)開埠對東北亞政治格局產(chǎn)生了重要影響:首先,中國喪失了主權(quán)利益,在東北亞的地位一落千丈;其次,日俄在東北亞的競爭實(shí)力出現(xiàn)變化,日本壓倒俄國開始占據(jù)上風(fēng);最后,尤為嚴(yán)重的是,延邊地區(qū)被日本事實(shí)控制后,俄日開始互相支持"和平經(jīng)營"政策,這為進(jìn)一步侵略和分裂中國領(lǐng)土埋下更大隱患。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, Japan forced the Qing government to sign treaties by means of the so-called "Huairou" policy, and opened Longjing Village, Kuizi Street, Toutaogou and Baicaogou everywhere as commercial ports. The opening of ports in Yanbian region had an important impact on the political structure of Northeast Asia: first, China lost its sovereign interests and its position in Northeast Asia plummeted; Secondly, the competitive power of Japan and Russia in Northeast Asia changed, and Japan began to prevail over Russia. Finally, what is especially serious is that after the Yanbian area was controlled by Japan, Russia and Japan began to support each other's "peaceful operation" policy, which laid even greater hidden dangers for further invasion and division of Chinese territory.
