鐵路與貴陽城市之勃興研究

【摘要】:“蜀道難,黔道更比蜀道難”,地處西南偏隅的貴陽,由于復(fù)雜的地理?xiàng)l件,關(guān)山阻隔,交通運(yùn)輸艱難曲折,亦導(dǎo)致“山中之城”的貴陽發(fā)展步履維艱。不可否認(rèn),“地?zé)o三里平,人無三分銀”,深深烙印于人們腦海,成為貴陽擦拭不去的歷史標(biāo)簽。1958年首條鐵路—黔桂線的建成通車,貴陽告別了不通鐵路的歷史。三線建設(shè)的助推,貴陽成為由黔桂、川黔、貴昆、湘黔四條鐵路干線組成的鐵十字的交匯中心,城市建設(shè)逐步發(fā)展。20世紀(jì)80、90年代,貴昆、川黔、湘黔鐵路干線實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣化改造,運(yùn)輸能力大為提升,特別是邁入新世紀(jì),貴廣、滬昆高鐵的開通和以“八縱八橫”主通道為骨架的快速鐵路交通圈的構(gòu)建,貴陽日益成為全國(guó)綜合鐵路樞紐。便捷的鐵路運(yùn)輸,使得貴陽山門打開,貨暢其流,工礦業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)蓬勃興起,與此同時(shí),人口集聚激增,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整,開始實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。城市發(fā)展空間不斷拓展,輻射及戰(zhàn)略地位顯著提升,其自然生態(tài)美景及多彩民族風(fēng)情,不斷呈現(xiàn)于世人面前,作為“中國(guó)避暑之都”的貴陽,旅游業(yè)方興未艾。鐵路建設(shè)與城市發(fā)展相輔相成,共榮共存,貴陽鐵路交通圈的不斷完善,徹底轉(zhuǎn)變了貴陽發(fā)展軌跡,其經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)封閉發(fā)展的格局被打破,成為西南區(qū)域的核心城市,區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)愈亦顯著。貴陽這座閉塞的內(nèi)陸城市,終于開啟了自己的崛起之路,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)全面跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"Shu Road is difficult, Guizhou Road is more difficult than Shu Road", which is located in the corner of southwest of Guiyang, because of complex geographical conditions, Guanshan barrier, transportation difficulties and twists and turns, also lead to the "mountain city" Guiyang development is difficult. Undeniably, "there are no three li flat on the ground, no three points of silver", deeply imprinted in people's minds, become a historical label that Guiyang can not wipe away. In 1958, the first railway-Guizhou-Guangxi line was completed and opened to traffic, and Guiyang bid farewell to the history of the impassable railway. With the help of the construction of the third line, Guiyang became the intersection center of the iron cross between Guizhou and Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Guikun, Hunan and Guizhou, and gradually developed its urban construction. In the 1980s and 1990s, Guiyang became the center of the iron cross between Guizhou and Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan and Guizhou. The electrification of the main railway lines in Hunan and Guizhou has greatly improved the transportation capacity, especially in the new century, the opening of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway and the construction of the rapid railway traffic circle with the backbone of the "eight columns and eight horizontal" main passageways. Guiyang is increasingly becoming a national integrated railway hub. The convenient railway transportation makes the Guiyang mountain gate open, the goods flow freely, the industry and mining industry and agriculture flourish, at the same time, the population agglomeration surges, the industrial structure optimizes and adjusts, starts to realize the sustainable circular economy development. The urban development space expands unceasingly, the radiation and the strategic position obviously enhances, its natural ecological beauty and the colorful national amorous feelings, presents to the common people unceasingly in front of the world, as "the summer capital of China" Guiyang, the tourism is in the ascendant. Railway construction and urban development complement each other and coexist together. The continuous improvement of Guiyang railway traffic circle has completely changed the development trajectory of Guiyang. Its economic and social closed development pattern has been broken, and it has become the core city in southwest China. The more significant the location advantage is. Guiyang, an isolated inland city, has finally opened its own way of rising and realizing its economic and social development by leaps and bounds.
