【摘要】：在第二輪修志的上下限時(shí)段內(nèi),非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)已遍及各行各業(yè),需要記述的面較廣。在已出版的第二輪志書中,通過設(shè)立篇目記述非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的志書有所增加,但記述的內(nèi)容缺乏全面、系統(tǒng)、完整,缺乏記述深度,而且產(chǎn)生志書篇章之間的重復(fù)。由于操作上的難度,因此有的地方放棄了設(shè)專門篇章記述非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的做法�？墒欠稚⒂浭龇枪兄平�(jīng)濟(jì),又存在隨意性較大等問題。《蕭山市志》的實(shí)踐是采取分散記述方法記述非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì),把"事以類聚,類為一志"作為宏觀謀篇的基本思路,以體制改革和對(duì)外開放為主線,全面展示蕭山非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,使人感到蕭山的非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)是隨著改革開放的逐步深入而不斷發(fā)展,非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展脈絡(luò)清晰。
[Abstract]:During the upper and lower limit period of the second revision, the non-public economy has spread all walks of life and needs to be described widely. In the second round of the published annals, the number of chronicles describing the non-public economy has increased, but the contents of the chronicles are lacking in comprehensiveness, systematicness, completeness, lack of depth of description, and the duplication between the chapters of the chronicles. Due to operational difficulties, some places abandoned the practice of setting up a special chapter on the non-public ownership economy. However, there are still some problems in the decentralized description of the non-public ownership economy. The practice of "Xiao Shan Zhi" is to adopt the method of decentralized description to describe the non-public ownership economy, and to take "things as one will" as the basic thinking of macroscopical planning. Taking the system reform and opening to the outside world as the main line, the history and present situation of Xiaoshan's non-public ownership economy are displayed in an all-round way, which makes people feel that Xiaoshan's non-public ownership economy is developing continuously with the deepening of reform and opening up, and the development of non-public ownership economy is clear.
