【摘要】：國(guó)家提出經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)和社會(huì)建設(shè)"四位一體"的總體布局是十分重要的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變。第二輪志書(shū)編纂必須以"四位一體"觀念從宏觀高度來(lái)精心編排城市區(qū)志框架結(jié)構(gòu),要重視經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)四大領(lǐng)域之間相互依存、相互交融、相互促進(jìn)和有分有合的新特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),要在繼承前志基礎(chǔ)上從新、精和深方面下功夫,要把以人為本作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),而深入分析區(qū)情變化和特點(diǎn)是能從宏觀和微觀結(jié)合上全面體現(xiàn)"四位一體"觀念的前提。
[Abstract]:The overall layout of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction is a very important strategic change. The second compilation of the annals must take the concept of "four as one" from the macro level to carefully arrange the framework structure of urban history, and attach importance to the interdependence and integration of the four major fields of economy, politics, culture and society. Promote each other and have new characteristics. At the same time, we should work hard on the basis of inheriting the former records from the new, refined and deep aspects, and take the people-oriented approach as the starting point and the foothold. The thorough analysis of the changes and characteristics of the regional situation is the premise to embody the concept of "four in one" from the combination of macro and micro.
