【摘要】：本文從馬克思主義手工業(yè)史和資本主義世界市場(chǎng)理論出發(fā),并借鑒區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論方法,從近代(1891—1937年)四川的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)入手,探討剖析該地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村手工業(yè)的近代轉(zhuǎn)型及其歷史作用。本文認(rèn)為,四川特殊的生態(tài)環(huán)境,商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的早期發(fā)展和商品市場(chǎng)的初步發(fā)育、國外市場(chǎng)的建立、地方政府及有識(shí)之士的倡導(dǎo)為四川手工業(yè)的近代轉(zhuǎn)型提供了市場(chǎng)、資本、技術(shù)等方面的條件。 本文認(rèn)為四川手工業(yè)的近代轉(zhuǎn)型主要表現(xiàn)為行業(yè)發(fā)展的多變化、經(jīng)營方式的多元化、銷售市場(chǎng)的多極化及商人職能的擴(kuò)大化。盡管四川手工業(yè)的發(fā)展有著市場(chǎng)、資本、技術(shù)等多方面的便利條件,但是各個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展卻是不平衡的,因?yàn)閲馐袌?chǎng)一方面為手工業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了新的契機(jī),但是另一方面隨著國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的被迫開放,四川也成為了外國商品傾銷的場(chǎng)地。面對(duì)這些蜂涌而至的近代工業(yè)品,不同的行業(yè)有著不同的命運(yùn),再加上各行業(yè)在生產(chǎn)工具及技術(shù)改進(jìn)上的差異,最終就表現(xiàn)出行業(yè)的多變化。有的行業(yè)逐漸衰落、有的更加興旺、有的持續(xù)發(fā)展、還有的新興行業(yè)迅速崛起;在生產(chǎn)組織形式上,自給自足的家庭手工業(yè)、以交換為主的家庭手工業(yè)、商業(yè)資本支配下的家庭手工業(yè)及工場(chǎng)手工業(yè)同時(shí)存在,形成了四種經(jīng)營方式并存的局面;隨著市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大,手工業(yè)品的流通不再局限于區(qū)域內(nèi)市場(chǎng),而是向區(qū)域外市場(chǎng)甚至是國際市場(chǎng)延伸,從而形成了銷售市場(chǎng)多極化的現(xiàn)象,也就是出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)地市場(chǎng)、集散市場(chǎng)和出口市場(chǎng)三級(jí)市場(chǎng)聯(lián)為一體的局面;為滿足新形勢(shì)下不斷擴(kuò)大的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,因而涌現(xiàn)出了以重慶為中心的一大批從事進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易并在不同程度上充當(dāng)洋行買辦的巨商大賈,他們一方面經(jīng)營錢莊業(yè)務(wù),擁有雄厚的周轉(zhuǎn)資金,另一方面又把這些雄厚的資金投資于四川的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易,因此也為四川手工業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件。同時(shí),一些中小商人也在四川手工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 近代四川鄉(xiāng)村手工業(yè)的變遷不僅引起傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,而且也給近代四川的城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了一定的影響。首先是對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,近代鄉(xiāng)村手工業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷,還增加了農(nóng)民的收入。其次是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村集鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展,隨著商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,四川農(nóng)村集市的發(fā)展十分引人注目,不僅數(shù)量上發(fā)展驚人,而且還出現(xiàn)了不少專門性的集市。集鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展根據(jù)其
[Abstract]:Starting with the Marx handicraft industry history and the capitalist world market theory, and drawing on the theoretical methods of regional economics and development economics, this paper, starting with the social economy of Sichuan in modern times (1891 to 1937), probes into the transition and historical role of the rural handicraft industry in this region. This article holds that Sichuan is special. The ecological environment, the early development of the commodity economy and the preliminary development of the commodity market, the establishment of the foreign market and the advocacy of the local government and the people of insight provided the conditions for the modern transformation of Sichuan handicraft industry, such as market, capital, technology and so on.
This paper holds that the modern transformation of Sichuan handicraft industry is mainly manifested in many changes in industry development, diversification of business mode, multi polarization of the sales market and the expansion of business functions. Although the development of Sichuan handicraft industry has many facilitation conditions, such as market, capital and technology, the development of various industries is not balanced, because the country is not balanced. On the one hand, the external market provides a new opportunity for the development of the handicraft industry, but on the other hand, with the forced opening of the domestic market, Sichuan has also become the site of the dumping of foreign goods. Facing these modern industrial products, different industries have different destinies, and the differences in the production tools and technical improvements of various industries. In the end, there are many changes in the industry. Some industries gradually decline, some become more prosperous, some continue to develop, and the emerging industries rise rapidly; in the form of production organization, the self-sufficient family handicraft industry, the exchange based family handicraft industry, the family handicraft industry and the handicraft industry under the control of commercial capital exist simultaneously. With the expansion of the market, with the expansion of the market, the circulation of the handicraft products is no longer limited to the market in the region, but is extended to the outside market and even the international market, thus forming the phenomenon of multi polarization in the sales market, that is, the market of origin, the distribution market and the three markets of the export market are combined together. In order to meet the development of the expanding import and export trade under the new situation, a large number of large merchants, which are engaged in import and export trade and act as comprador in different degrees, have emerged as the center of Chongqing. On the one hand, they operate the business of the money and the banks, have a strong turnover fund, and on the other hand, invest these abundant funds. The import and export trade in Sichuan has also created conditions for the development of the handicraft industry in Sichuan. At the same time, some small and medium-sized merchants also play an important role in the transformation of Sichuan handicraft industry.
The change of the handicraft industry in modern Sichuan not only caused the change of the internal structure of the traditional handicraft industry, but also brought some influence to the urban and rural economy of modern Sichuan. First, the influence on the rural economy. The development of modern rural handicraft industry not only promoted the development of rural commodity economy and the change of economic structure, but also increased the farmers. The second is to promote the development of rural towns. With the development of the commodity economy, the development of the rural bazaar in Sichuan is very striking. Not only the development of the rural market is astonishing, but also a lot of special markets. The development of the market towns is based on the development of the market market.
