【摘要】：新編城市志設(shè)總述乃社會(huì)主義新方志的創(chuàng)新之舉。舊志用"地理沿革"或"沿革"來總攬全貌,在一定程度上起了總述的作用。黃炎培主編《川沙縣志》設(shè)置"概述"應(yīng)視為方志體例上的一次創(chuàng)新與突破。董一博有關(guān)述體的論述是對(duì)社會(huì)主義方志學(xué)理論的一大建樹�？偸龅淖饔糜形鍌�(gè)方面,即引讀、綜合、貫通、導(dǎo)向和統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全志。其特點(diǎn)有六個(gè)方面:一是概括全志,鳥瞰全貌;二是打通全志各篇章間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并形成有機(jī)整體;三是揭示各類事物發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系;四是述而有論,彌補(bǔ)志書因述而不作產(chǎn)生的不足。總述不應(yīng)該將全志各編(篇)簡(jiǎn)單地"濃縮",要因地制宜確定其基本要素。撰寫總述要處理好總述與志首序言、凡例、各編(篇)概述以及整體性與專業(yè)性的關(guān)系�？偸龅淖珜懸w現(xiàn)綜合性、思想性和高度概括性,要堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是,要具備應(yīng)用價(jià)值,要突出地方特色。
[Abstract]:The general description of the newly compiled city chronicles is the innovation of the new socialist local chronicles. To a certain extent, the old chronicles used "geographical evolution" or "evolution" to complete the whole picture. The introduction of "Chuansha County Records", editor of Huang Yanpei, should be regarded as an innovation and breakthrough in the style of local chronicles. Dong Yibo's argumentation on narrative style is a great achievement to the theory of socialist chronology. The role of the general statement has five aspects, namely, reading, synthesizing, connecting, guiding and directing the whole purpose. There are six aspects of its characteristics: first, to generalize the whole story and take a bird's eye view of the whole picture; second, to open up the internal relations among the chapters of the whole chronicle and form an organic whole; third, to reveal the internal relations of the development of various things; and fourth, to talk about the development of all kinds of things. Make up for the inadequacies caused by the statement of the annals. The general statement should not simply "concentrate" the whole chronicle, but determine its basic elements according to local conditions. We should deal well with the preface of the chronicle and the preface of the chronicle, as well as the relationship between the whole and the profession. The writing of general statement should embody comprehensiveness, ideology and high generality, insist on seeking truth from facts, have application value and highlight local characteristics.
