【摘要】： 本文以檔案為主要材料，通過對浙江地方銀行發(fā)展演變歷史的詳細考察，，著重研究了1923—1949年浙江地方銀行的管理和經(jīng)營狀況等方面的內(nèi)容。全文由五章構(gòu)成：第一章為緒論部分，簡要介紹本文的選題緣起、文獻綜述以及對史料與方法的說明。第二章闡述了浙江地方銀行的成立背景及發(fā)展演變過程。第三章著重從組織管理、人事管理、財務管理等方面，對浙江地方銀行的管理狀況進行較為全面的梳理。第四章闡述了浙江地方銀行的業(yè)務經(jīng)營狀況，并對浙江地方銀行的經(jīng)營特色作初步的分析和總結(jié)。第五章為結(jié)語部分，簡要回顧了浙江地方銀行的經(jīng)營管理情況，并對之作總體評價。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the archives as the main material, through the detailed investigation of the history of the development and evolution of the local banks in Zhejiang Province, focuses on the management and management of the local banks in Zhejiang Province from 1923 to 1949. This paper is composed of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the origin of the topic, literature review and the explanation of historical materials and methods. The second chapter expounds the establishment background and development process of Zhejiang local bank. The third chapter focuses on organizational management, personnel management, financial management and other aspects of Zhejiang local bank management. The fourth chapter expounds the business operation of Zhejiang local banks, and makes a preliminary analysis and summary of the operating characteristics of Zhejiang local banks. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, briefly reviews the management of Zhejiang local banks, and makes a general evaluation of it.
