【摘要】：棉花是重要的纖維作物,棉花及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也是近代東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中不可忽視的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),在近代東北經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上占據(jù)著重要的地位。 本文圍繞偽滿時(shí)期東北地區(qū)棉花業(yè)的這條主線,較為系統(tǒng)地分析了1932～1945年?yáng)|北棉花業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀狀況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)這一時(shí)期的棉花業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)做出了評(píng)價(jià),并提出了全面發(fā)展東北棉花業(yè)的幾點(diǎn)建議。 第一部分首先回顧了東北地區(qū)在九一八事變前棉花業(yè)的狀況,并重點(diǎn)論述了偽滿前期(1932～1936)東北棉花業(yè)的基本態(tài)勢(shì)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。九一八事變之前,由于國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的需求,政府政策的變化,移民的大量進(jìn)入,東北地區(qū)的棉花業(yè)有了明顯的增長(zhǎng)。九一八事變以后,日本把東北完全變成了自己的殖民地和支援戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的前沿陣地,并于1932年炮制了偽滿洲國(guó)。偽滿洲國(guó)的建立使東北的經(jīng)濟(jì)完全由日本統(tǒng)制,這一時(shí)期偽滿政府制定的棉花改良增產(chǎn)計(jì)劃確實(shí)取得了一定的成績(jī)。 第二部分系統(tǒng)分析了七七事變后(1937～1941)東北棉花業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。第一次五年計(jì)劃施行后不久,七七事變爆發(fā),偽滿政府為適應(yīng)事變,制定政策的內(nèi)容與方針,也進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的修改,設(shè)立農(nóng)事合作社并改組為興農(nóng)合作社來(lái)統(tǒng)制東北的棉花。 第三部分主要論述了太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后至日本投降前(1942～1945)東北棉花業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,重點(diǎn)論述了太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后,日偽為了滿足戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)需要強(qiáng)制增產(chǎn)棉花,并要求棉花“出荷”使廣大農(nóng)民的生活極度困苦,以及棉花業(yè)逐漸走向衰弱的原因,即日本統(tǒng)制政策的逐步加強(qiáng)所造成的后果。 第四部分對(duì)偽滿時(shí)期東北棉花業(yè)的特征進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),并對(duì)棉花業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況作出了評(píng)價(jià)和反思,提出了新時(shí)期東北棉花業(yè)的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Cotton is an important fiber crop. Cotton and its related industries are also important industries that can not be ignored in the agricultural economy of Northeast China in modern times, and occupy an important position in the history of economic development in Northeast China. Based on the main line of cotton flower industry in Northeast China during the pseudo-Manchu period, this paper systematically analyzes the objective situation and development trend of cotton flower industry in Northeast China from 1932 to 1945, evaluates the development characteristics of cotton flower industry in this period, and puts forward some suggestions for the all-round development of cotton flower industry in Northeast China.
