【摘要】：1959~1961年湖北省經(jīng)歷了三年嚴(yán)重的自然災(zāi)害。其中1961年的旱災(zāi)最為嚴(yán)重,這年的旱災(zāi)直接導(dǎo)致了湖北省出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟困難,而"大躍進"運動的發(fā)動又加劇了人民生活的困難。面對如此嚴(yán)重的困難,湖北省委省政府積極響應(yīng)中央救災(zāi)方針,在及時發(fā)放救濟糧款、做好優(yōu)撫救濟工作的同時,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)災(zāi)民積極抗旱、開展生產(chǎn)自救,發(fā)動群眾互相支援、互通有無,積極防治"四病",保護災(zāi)區(qū)群眾的身體健康,這些措施使災(zāi)民度過了困難�？偨Y(jié)1961年湖北省救災(zāi)的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),必將為今后的救災(zāi)工作帶來啟示。
[Abstract]:Hubei Province experienced three years of serious natural disasters from 1959 to 1961. Among them, the drought in 1961 was the most serious, which directly led to serious economic difficulties in Hubei Province, and the launch of the "Great Leap forward" movement aggravated the difficulties of people's lives. In the face of such serious difficulties, the Hubei Provincial CPC Committee and provincial government actively responded to the policy of the central disaster relief, and while distributing relief grain funds in a timely manner and doing a good job of caressing relief work, led the victims to actively resist drought, carry out production and self-help, mobilize the masses to support each other, exchange needs, actively prevent and control the "four diseases," and protect the health of the people in the disaster areas. Summing up the experience and lessons of disaster relief in Hubei Province in 1961 will certainly bring enlightenment to the future disaster relief work.
