【摘要】：正1964年前后,我在中共貴州省委政策研究室工作。這年秋天,在貴州現(xiàn)代歷史上是一個(gè)不尋常的季節(jié)。陰云密布的政治風(fēng)云籠罩貴州大地。以中共西南局第二書(shū)記李大章、中紀(jì)委書(shū)記錢(qián)瑛為首,在中央個(gè)別最高級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的支持下,龐大的"四清"工作團(tuán)進(jìn)駐貴州,掀起了奪中共貴州省委和貴陽(yáng)市委大權(quán)的架勢(shì)。他們最先以貴州省委名義召開(kāi)馬拉松式的三級(jí)干部會(huì),大揭省、市階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)的蓋子。為了上下結(jié)合,又由中央組織部從全國(guó)調(diào)集了1000多名"支黔干部",要他們緊急調(diào)來(lái)貴州,說(shuō)是"貴陽(yáng)市委爛了","貴州省委爛了",貴州"資本主義泛濫成災(zāi)了",
[Abstract]:Around 1964, I worked in the Policy Research Office of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China. This autumn is an unusual season in the modern history of Guizhou. The overcast political clouds shrouded the land of Guizhou. Led by Li Dazhang, second secretary of the Southwest Bureau of the Communist Party of China, and Qian Ying, secretary of the Central discipline Inspection Commission, with the support of individual senior leaders of the Central Committee, a huge "Siqing" regiment was stationed in Guizhou, setting off the momentum of seizing the power of the Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee and the Guiyang Municipal CPC Committee. They first held a marathon-style meeting of third-level cadres in the name of the Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee, the lid of class struggle in Dajie Province and the city. In order to combine the upper and lower levels, the Organization Department of the Central Committee mobilized more than 1000 "Guizhou cadres" from the whole country, and asked them to urgently transfer them to Guizhou, saying that the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee was rotten, that the Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee was rotten, and that Guizhou was "overflowing with capitalism."
