【摘要】：中美關(guān)系在當(dāng)代世界日益變得更加重要,其意義如此重大以至于我們不能忽視雙方任何交往的方式。在當(dāng)代,學(xué)者、政策制定者們除去對(duì)傳統(tǒng)地緣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)兩國(guó)關(guān)系影響的考察之外,更加注重考察能在深層次影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系的其他因素。例如被人們稱為“軟實(shí)力的”文化、意識(shí)形態(tài)等因素,能在更深刻、細(xì)微的方面影響國(guó)際關(guān)系,因此受到了越來(lái)越多的重視。而這些因素需要我們對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入的研究考察。近代在不平等條約保護(hù)下來(lái)華的美國(guó)傳教士在中美文化交流中留下了奠基的一筆。本文便意在分析美國(guó)傳教士們?cè)谖鞣饺诵哪恐袑?duì)中國(guó)形象的塑造,塑造的原因以及在歷史上可能留下的長(zhǎng)期影響。 本文采納愛(ài)德華·薩義德在《東方學(xué)》一作中對(duì)近代英法東方學(xué)者關(guān)于中東世界的描繪進(jìn)行權(quán)力話語(yǔ)分析的后殖民主義理論,對(duì)于近代美國(guó)來(lái)華傳教士有關(guān)中國(guó)和中國(guó)人形象的著作進(jìn)行分析。文章的第一章主要介紹了選題意義、學(xué)術(shù)史概況、文章內(nèi)容和方法以主要應(yīng)用材料；第二章大致概括了西方霸權(quán)語(yǔ)境的形成以及美國(guó)傳教士們?cè)谄渲械奈恢茫坏谌聦?duì)傳教士所創(chuàng)作的形象和話語(yǔ)進(jìn)行剖析,并對(duì)其形成原因、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行考察,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出進(jìn)一步的可研究因素；帶著這些因素,第四章將對(duì)這一形象的傳承和演變進(jìn)行分析；第五章(結(jié)論)部分將以一個(gè)關(guān)于不同文化／明關(guān)系的設(shè)問(wèn)起頭,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上試圖對(duì)此進(jìn)行回答。
[Abstract]:China-US relations are becoming more and more important in the contemporary world, and they are so important that we cannot ignore the way we interact with each other. In contemporary times, scholars and policy makers pay more attention to other factors that can influence the relationship between the two countries in depth than the traditional geopolitical and economic factors' influence on the relationship between the two countries in addition to the investigation of the influence of traditional geopolitical and economic factors on the relationship between the two countries. For example, people call "soft power" culture, ideology and other factors, in more profound, subtle aspects of international relations, so more and more attention. And these factors need us to carry on the in-depth research investigation to it. American missionaries who came to China under the protection of unequal treaties left a foundation in Sino-American cultural exchanges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how American missionaries shaped the image of China in the eyes of the West, the reasons for the shaping and the possible long-term influence in history. This paper adopts Edward Saeed's post-colonial theory of power discourse analysis of modern English-French oriental scholars' depiction of the Middle East world in Orientalism. This paper analyzes the works of American missionaries about China and its image. The first chapter mainly introduces the significance of the topic, the general situation of academic history, the contents and methods of the article with the main applied materials, and the second chapter generalizes the formation of the western hegemonic context and the position of American missionaries in it. The third chapter analyzes the images and discourses created by missionaries, and investigates the causes and characteristics of the images and discourses created by missionaries, on the basis of which further research factors can be obtained. With these factors, the fourth chapter will analyze the inheritance and evolution of this image, and the fifth chapter (conclusion) will begin with a question about the relationship between different cultures and Ming Dynasty, and try to answer it on the basis of the previous analysis.
