【摘要】：1956年6月至1957年,國家監(jiān)察機(jī)關(guān)對人民監(jiān)察通訊員組織進(jìn)行了普遍整頓,呈現(xiàn)出廣泛性、力度大的特征。通過整頓,人民監(jiān)察通訊員人數(shù)總體下降,工作取得了一定成效,但由于人民監(jiān)察通訊員的合法權(quán)益得不到有力的保障,因而整頓所產(chǎn)生的積極效應(yīng)并不持久。普遍整頓意味著人民監(jiān)察通訊員工作陣地的大收縮,從一定意義上說,這一調(diào)整也標(biāo)志著20世紀(jì)50年代的人民監(jiān)察通訊員工作從空前活躍逐步走向停滯與沉寂。
[Abstract]:From June 1956 to 1957, state supervision organs generally rectified the organizations of people's supervisory correspondents, showing the characteristics of universality and great strength. Through rectification, the number of people's supervisory correspondents has generally decreased and some results have been achieved. However, due to the lack of strong protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the people's supervisory correspondents, the positive effects produced by the rectification are not lasting. The general rectification means the great contraction of the work position of the people's supervisory correspondents. In a certain sense, this adjustment also indicates that the work of the people's supervisory correspondents in the 1950s has gradually moved from unprecedented activity to stagnation and silence.
