【摘要】：沈瑜慶(1858-1918)生于官宦家庭,自幼接受良好的家庭教育。1885年應(yīng)京兆鄉(xiāng)試中舉,先后入晚清大員曾國(guó)荃、劉坤一、張之洞的幕府,會(huì)辦江南水師學(xué)堂、督辦湖北賑務(wù)河工、參與“東南互保”,等,政務(wù)軍情悉心籌劃。沈瑜慶早年仕途經(jīng)歷多輾轉(zhuǎn),1903年后出任順天府尹、江西布政使,官至貴州巡撫。期間,應(yīng)清廷新政的需要,沈瑜慶在地方主持籌備軍務(wù)、振興學(xué)務(wù)、設(shè)置新式機(jī)構(gòu)及查禁煙毒等事務(wù)。這些主張不出新政改革范圍,但受政治環(huán)境、人事關(guān)系等諸多因素的限制,終究未真正實(shí)行并產(chǎn)生影響。梳理這一段史料,有助于我們了解清末新政在地方的具體落實(shí)情形。進(jìn)而來(lái)反映清末的政治狀況和大多數(shù)官員生存的政治生態(tài)環(huán)境。辛亥鼎革,沈瑜慶于貴州巡撫任上,迫于時(shí)勢(shì),交卸撫篆離黔。此后歸隱滬上,以遺老自居。沈瑜慶憑借前清做官積蓄,生活還算從容。參加了在滬上遺老圈中名氣較大、遺老廣泛參與的文社——超社、逸社,消遣時(shí)日。知人論世從來(lái)都是史學(xué)研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳處。本文通過(guò)搜集沈瑜慶的相關(guān)資料,梳理他的人生經(jīng)歷,呈現(xiàn)沈瑜慶的生活狀態(tài),進(jìn)而反映社會(huì)面相。并置于大變動(dòng)的時(shí)代背景下加以考察,以求細(xì)致、生動(dòng)的體會(huì)中國(guó)近代史發(fā)展的枝節(jié)脈絡(luò)。本文的主體部分分為四個(gè)章節(jié):第一章介紹沈瑜慶早年家世家學(xué)及科考經(jīng)歷。第二章梳理并分析沈瑜慶在前清時(shí)期的仕宦經(jīng)歷。第三章討論沈瑜慶主政貴州,遭遇辛亥變革的應(yīng)對(duì)。第四章敘述辛亥變革后的沈瑜慶,以遺老身份寓居上海的日常生活。
[Abstract]:Shen Yuqing (1858 / 1918) was born into an official family and received a good family education since childhood. In 1885, he was admitted to the Shogunate of the late Qing Dynasty, such as Tseng Kwok-Quan, Liu Kunyi and Zhang Zhidong, who joined the shogunate of the late Qing Dynasty and attended the Jiangnan Water School to supervise the Hubei relief workers. Participate in "Southeast mutual protection", and so on, government and military information careful planning. Shen Yuqing's early career experience, after 1903 as Shuntianfuyin, Jiangxi cloth minister, official to Guizhou governor. During the period, according to the needs of the Qing new policy, Shen Yuqing presides over the preparation of military affairs, revitalizing academic affairs, setting up new organizations and anti-smoking affairs. These ideas do not go beyond the scope of the reform of the New deal, but are restricted by many factors such as political environment, personnel relations and so on, which are not really implemented and have an impact after all. Combing this historical data helps us to understand the specific implementation of the New deal in the late Qing Dynasty. Then it reflects the political situation of the late Qing Dynasty and the political ecological environment in which most officials survive. Xinhai Dinggu, Shen Yuqing in Guizhou governor, forced in the current situation, the release of Fu Zhuan away from Guizhou. After that, he returned to Shanghai and took himself for himself as an old man. Shen Yuqing with pre-Qing official savings, life is still calmly. Participated in the Shanghai survivor circle in the more famous, the old widely participated in the literary society-Super Society, Yixing, pastime time.? Knowing people and discussing the world has always been the starting point and foothold of historiography research. Through collecting relevant data of Shen Yuqing, this article combs his life experience, presents Shen Yuqing's life state, and then reflects the social appearance. And put in the background of great changes to examine, in order to meticulously and vividly understand the development of Chinese modern history of the twists and pieces of context. The main part of this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter introduces Shen Yuqing's early family history and scientific examination experience. The second chapter combs and analyzes Shen Yuqing's official experience in the pre-Qing Dynasty. The third chapter discusses Shen Yuqing ruling Guizhou, encounter the response of the reform of Xinhai. The fourth chapter describes Shen Yuqing after the reform of Xinhai, living in Shanghai's daily life as an old man.
