【摘要】：孫中山1919年撰寫完成的《實(shí)業(yè)計(jì)劃》是中國(guó)近代以來(lái)內(nèi)容最豐富、最完整的實(shí)業(yè)發(fā)展方案。他所擘畫的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)宏偉藍(lán)圖,借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)又力圖適應(yīng)中國(guó)發(fā)展趨向,對(duì)全局和區(qū)域、整體和重點(diǎn)通盤籌劃,主張堅(jiān)持在國(guó)家主權(quán)前提下實(shí)行對(duì)外開放,謀求利用國(guó)外資本、人才、技術(shù)發(fā)展社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力,加快中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展步伐。這體現(xiàn)出其渴望中國(guó)擺脫貧困落后,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家繁榮富強(qiáng)和人民生活富裕美好的理想追求和卓識(shí)遠(yuǎn)見,具有一定的時(shí)代價(jià)值和社會(huì)意義,是留給后人的一份寶貴而豐富的精神遺產(chǎn)。本文以孫中山《實(shí)業(yè)計(jì)劃》為中心,試對(duì)其撰述的思想淵源和實(shí)踐軌跡進(jìn)行述析。
[Abstract]:The Industrial Plan, written by Sun Zhongshan in 1919, is the most abundant and complete industrial development plan in modern China. He broke the grand blueprint for China's economic construction, drew lessons from foreign successful experiences and tried hard to adapt to China's development trend, planned the overall situation and region, as well as the whole and key points, and advocated that opening up should be carried out under the premise of state sovereignty. Seek to use foreign capital, talent, technology to develop social productivity, speed up the pace of China's modernization development. This reflects its desire for China to get rid of poverty and backwardness, to realize the ideal of national prosperity, prosperity and beauty, and to have a certain value of the times and social significance. It is a valuable and rich spiritual heritage left to posterity. This article takes Sun Zhongshan's Industrial Plan as the center, tries to analyze the ideological origin and practice track of Sun Zhongshan's writing.
