【摘要】：1949年7月《湖北日?qǐng)?bào)》創(chuàng)辦伊始,便面臨資金和紙張短缺的困境,之后《湖北日?qǐng)?bào)》社創(chuàng)立對(duì)外印刷廠解決了上述困難。但"三反"運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)臨,該報(bào)社為完成上級(jí)規(guī)定的"打虎"指標(biāo),發(fā)動(dòng)群眾相互檢舉和揭發(fā),結(jié)果"遍地為虎",日常工作亦難以進(jìn)行。此時(shí)上級(jí)權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)為維持機(jī)關(guān)有效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),力圖通過(guò)復(fù)查安撫人心,要求《湖北日?qǐng)?bào)》社根據(jù)材料重新復(fù)查;同時(shí)也為維護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng)合法性,要求維持貪污分子的比例。而新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在執(zhí)行上級(jí)指示的過(guò)程中,一方面為促使報(bào)社有效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),在復(fù)查中大量解放和安撫工人;另一方面也為維護(hù)既得利益,將干部樹為運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展合理性的證明。如此,運(yùn)動(dòng)在上級(jí)權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)與新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的共謀中結(jié)束。
[Abstract]:When Hubei Daily was founded in July 1949, it was faced with the dilemma of shortage of funds and paper. After that, Hubei Daily founded a foreign printing plant to solve the above difficulties. However, with the advent of the "three evils" movement, the newspaper urged the masses to report and expose each other in order to complete the targets set by their superiors, and as a result, "everywhere was a tiger," and it was difficult to carry out daily work. At this time, in order to maintain the effective operation of the organs, the higher authority tried to appease the people by reviewing and asking Hubei Daily to re-examine according to the materials; at the same time, in order to maintain the legitimacy of the movement, it was also required to maintain the proportion of embezzlers. The new leader in the process of implementing superior instructions, on the one hand, to promote the effective operation of the newspaper, in the review of a large number of liberating and placating workers; on the other hand, in order to safeguard vested interests, the cadres for the movement to carry out reasonable proof. In this way, the movement ended in collusion between the higher authorities and the new leader.
