【摘要】：戰(zhàn)時(shí)兒童保育會(huì)是各黨各派聯(lián)合組織的戰(zhàn)時(shí)兒童保教團(tuán)體,其中國(guó)共兩黨所起作用最大。復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)共關(guān)系,直接影響了保育會(huì)各項(xiàng)工作的開展:國(guó)共關(guān)系融洽則推進(jìn)保育會(huì)的工作,磨擦則影響和耽誤保育會(huì)的工作。雖然國(guó)共因政見紛爭(zhēng)在一定程度上影響到保育會(huì)人事安排,共產(chǎn)黨方面人員甚至遭到排擠,但國(guó)共兩黨對(duì)兒童是國(guó)家和民族未來(lái)的共識(shí)始終未曾動(dòng)搖,因而盡管抗戰(zhàn)期間國(guó)共兩黨關(guān)系時(shí)好時(shí)壞,但保育會(huì)還能基本正常開展工作,并取得一定的發(fā)展,歷年搶救和保育了3萬(wàn)多名難童,為抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利以及民族后代的教養(yǎng)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The wartime Child Care Association is a wartime children's education organization organized jointly by various parties and factions, and the Chinese Communist Party plays the most important role. The complex and changeable relations between the KMT and the Communist Party (KMT) directly affect the development of the work of the CPPCC: the harmonious relations between the KMT and the CPC promote the work of the CPPCC, while the friction affects and delays the work of the CPPCC. Although the Kuomintang and the Communist Party have to a certain extent affected the personnel arrangements of the CPPCC because of political disputes, and the Communist Party has even been marginalized, the consensus between the KMT and the Communist Party that children are the future of the country and nation has never wavered. Therefore, despite the ups and downs in the relations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party during the Anti-Japanese War, the Preservation Council was able to basically carry out its work normally and achieved certain development. Over the years, more than 30,000 difficult children have been rescued and protected. He contributed to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and to the upbringing of the nation's descendants.
