【摘要】：西北實(shí)業(yè)公司是近代山西官僚資本主義的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)及軍事支柱,它曾一度壟斷了近代山西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈,在山西工業(yè)史上占有重要地位,在一段時(shí)期內(nèi)不僅是山西官僚資本主義壓迫人民、抵抗革命的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),也深刻影響著山西社會(huì)和人民的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活。在1945-1949年這一時(shí)段,公司呈現(xiàn)出了諸多新的特點(diǎn),如留用戰(zhàn)敗的日籍技術(shù)人員、公司的生產(chǎn)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向軍工生產(chǎn)、公司對(duì)員工的剝削更為嚴(yán)酷、公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)走向末路等,這些新特點(diǎn)都是在特殊的時(shí)代背景下出現(xiàn)的。對(duì)公司在這一時(shí)期呈現(xiàn)出的新特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究不僅可以拓展前人的研究成果,豐富山西近代經(jīng)濟(jì)史的研究?jī)?nèi)容,還可以通過(guò)對(duì)西北實(shí)業(yè)公司在這一時(shí)期內(nèi)生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售、管理的研究進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期山西政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)的運(yùn)行情況,也可以深化對(duì)官僚資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的認(rèn)識(shí)。同時(shí),對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究可以挖掘它留給后人的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教訓(xùn),給現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。這段時(shí)期內(nèi),公司經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)從恢復(fù)發(fā)展生產(chǎn)到最后窮途末路的過(guò)程,其間公司為了發(fā)展生產(chǎn)也曾做出了種種努力,然而因?yàn)槠渖a(chǎn)性質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變最終并沒(méi)有挽救其滅亡的命運(yùn),但公司對(duì)山西工業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)和遺留下來(lái)的寶貴精神遺產(chǎn)為新中國(guó)建立后山西工業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了重要基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Northwest Industrial Corporation is an important economic and military pillar of modern Shanxi bureaucratic capitalism. It once monopolized the lifeline of modern Shanxi's industrial economy and occupied an important position in Shanxi's industrial history. During a period of time, Shanxi bureaucratic capitalism not only oppressed the people, resisted the important economic base of revolution, but also profoundly influenced Shanxi society and people's economic life. During the period between 1945 and 1949, the company presented many new features, such as retaining defeated Japanese technicians, gradually shifting its production to military production, harsher exploitation of its employees, and so on. These new features appear under the special background of the times. The research on the new characteristics of the company in this period can not only expand the previous research results, enrich the research contents of the modern economic history of Shanxi, but also through the production and sales of Northwest Industrial Company in this period. The study of management can further understand the operation of Shanxi's politics, economy and society during the War of Liberation, and it can also deepen the understanding of bureaucrat-capitalist economy. At the same time, the research on it can excavate the useful experiences and lessons it leaves for future generations, and provide reference for the development of modern enterprises. During this period, the company went through a process from resuming the development of production to the final end of the road, during which the company also made various efforts to develop production, but because the change in the nature of its production did not ultimately save its demise. However, the company's exploitation of Shanxi industry and the legacy of valuable spiritual heritage laid an important foundation for the development of Shanxi industry after the founding of New China.
