【摘要】：上海是近代中國(guó)最大的工商業(yè)城市,上海古玩市場(chǎng)成長(zhǎng)于上海這樣的國(guó)際性大都市,經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、文化多元及變革時(shí)期的各種社會(huì)因素帶給它十分典型的特點(diǎn),賦予了它與城市相適應(yīng)的開放、多元、前沿的藝術(shù)市場(chǎng)風(fēng)格。(1)清末民初,作為中國(guó)社會(huì)近代化的一個(gè)組成部分,中國(guó)古玩市場(chǎng)正處于歷史性的轉(zhuǎn)型期,古玩市場(chǎng)相當(dāng)繁榮發(fā)達(dá),在國(guó)內(nèi)具有典型意義。解放前古玩業(yè)畸形發(fā)展,洋商收買,大批出口。解放以后,政府對(duì)文物出口進(jìn)行了管理。為做好文物保護(hù)管理工作,上海市文化局在1955年對(duì)本市古玩業(yè)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并制定了古玩業(yè)的緊縮改造方案,對(duì)規(guī)范上海古玩業(yè)起到了積極作用。目前,關(guān)于新中國(guó)成立初期古玩業(yè)研究成果甚少,即使有也散落在各論文及著作中,并沒有較為完整的研究。本文通過對(duì)上海市檔案館相關(guān)史料的挖掘和提煉,總結(jié)并梳理上海古玩業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),希望通過大量的歷史資料,對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究分析,并作出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。本文由緒論、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)三部分組成。緒論部分提出了研究的意義,對(duì)選題進(jìn)行了比較全面的研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,介紹了本文所采取的研究方法和技術(shù)路線。正文部分共為三章,首先論述了上海古玩業(yè)的歷史概況,其次是介紹了共和國(guó)初期的上海古玩業(yè)的行業(yè)組織及其營(yíng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,最后介紹了上海市古玩業(yè)社會(huì)主義改造,講述了未改造前上海古玩業(yè)的狀況,存在的問題,以及出臺(tái)的古玩業(yè)緊縮改造方案,以及清產(chǎn)核算及合營(yíng)后的工資改造方案。
[Abstract]:Shanghai is the largest industrial and commercial city in modern China, and Shanghai antiquities market grew up in an international metropolis such as Shanghai. Various social factors such as economic prosperity, cultural pluralism and the period of change have brought it very typical characteristics. It has given it an open, pluralistic, cutting-edge art market style adapted to the city. (1) at the end of the Qing Dynasty, as a part of the modernization of Chinese society, the Chinese antiquities market is in a historic transformation period. The antiques market is quite prosperous and developed, and it has typical significance in our country. Before liberation the antiquities industry malformed development, foreign merchants buy, a large number of exports. After liberation, the government managed the export of cultural relics. In order to do a good job in the protection and management of cultural relics, in 1955, Shanghai Cultural Bureau investigated the antiquities industry in this city, and drew up a retrenchment plan for the antiquities industry, which played a positive role in standardizing the antiquities industry in Shanghai. At present, there are few research achievements on the antiquities industry in the early days of the founding of New China, even if they are scattered in various papers and works, there is no relatively complete research. Through excavating and refining the relevant historical data of Shanghai Archives, this paper summarizes and combs the development vein of Shanghai antique industry, and hopes to study and analyze it through a large number of historical data, and make an objective evaluation. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part puts forward the significance of the research, makes a comprehensive analysis of the current research situation, and introduces the research methods and technical routes adopted in this paper. The main body is divided into three chapters. Firstly, it discusses the history of Shanghai antique industry, secondly, it introduces the trade organization and business management of Shanghai antique industry in the early stage of the Republic of China, and finally introduces the socialist transformation of Shanghai antiquities industry. This paper describes the present situation and problems of Shanghai antiquities industry before and after the transformation, as well as the plan of tightening the transformation of the antique industry, the accounting of the production of Qing Dynasty and the reform of the wages after the joint venture.
