【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)軍興,大后方成為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重心,數(shù)以萬計(jì)尋求生活機(jī)會(huì)的勞工大量補(bǔ)充到礦工隊(duì)伍,這些礦工構(gòu)成了工人階級的主體。在國民政府的重視和推動(dòng)下,大后方的礦業(yè)有了快速發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),戰(zhàn)爭也帶來包括勞工在內(nèi)的一系列社會(huì)問題。礦工為抗戰(zhàn)作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn),但他們卻飽受摧殘與折磨。由于尚未跨越地緣、族群等差異,以及受制于國民政府的勞工政策,工人共同生活經(jīng)歷與體驗(yàn)并沒有使他們真正團(tuán)結(jié)起來形成區(qū)別于"他者"的集體意識,沒有成為"自為"的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)階級。這表明,階級意識的形成并非渾然天成,它是一系列實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷與復(fù)雜歷史關(guān)系的產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:The Rebellion became the focus of economic construction, and tens of thousands of workers looking for opportunities to live added to the miners, who formed the main part of the working class. With the attention and promotion of the national government, the mining industry in the rear has developed rapidly. At the same time, the war also brought about a series of social problems, including labor. Miners made great contributions to the War of Resistance, but they were devastated and tortured. Because they have not yet crossed geographical, ethnic and other differences, and because they are subject to the labour policies of the national government, workers' experiences and experiences of living together do not really unite them to form a collective consciousness that distinguishes them from the "other." Did not become "self-help" of the leadership class. This shows that the formation of class consciousness is not natural, it is the product of a series of practical experiences and complex historical relations.
