【摘要】：晚清時期的軍事變革,不僅有新式軍隊(duì)的編練,還包括勇營、綠營等舊式軍隊(duì)的改良。張之洞在軍事改革上頗有建樹,他對湖北舊軍的整治,在整個晚清都具有代表性,是當(dāng)時改良舊軍的典范之一。本文論述張之洞整治湖北舊軍,對其背景、理念、措施以及取得的成效和存在的問題分別進(jìn)行你探討,嘗試對其加以評價。張之洞在不同時期整治舊軍的理念和方式有著一個發(fā)展演變的過程,從最初的器物層面,逐漸過度到制度層面。湖北舊軍經(jīng)過張之洞的整治,得到比較全面的改觀,甚至還被編入新軍。然而舊式軍隊(duì)的惰性不是輕易就能改變的,雖然經(jīng)過了長期的整治,湖北舊軍仍然具有一些習(xí)氣,不能徹底改觀。文章首先分析了湖北舊軍存在的問題,為后文探求張之洞治理湖北舊軍作鋪墊。闡述張之洞整治舊軍的理念和采取的具體措施,從指導(dǎo)思想、體制改革、武器更新、訓(xùn)練體系、用人制度等方面入手,探究張之洞在整治湖北舊軍時學(xué)習(xí)西方的模式,探討張之洞是如何通過改造舊式軍隊(duì)推廣新式練兵模式,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個舊軍進(jìn)行改革的。分析了張之洞整治湖北舊軍取得的成效、存在的問題及受限制的因素。最后闡釋了張之洞整治湖北舊軍的目的、方式、影響治理湖北舊軍的因素,以及治理湖北舊軍帶來的影響等,探討在晚清軍事轉(zhuǎn)型中的地位和作用。
[Abstract]:The military reform in the late Qing Dynasty included not only the training of the new army, but also the improvement of the old army, such as Yongying Camp and Green Camp. Zhang Zhidong has made great achievements in the military reform, and his rectification of the old army in Hubei was representative throughout the late Qing Dynasty, and was one of the models of improving the old army at that time. This paper deals with Zhang Zhidong's regulation of the old army in Hubei Province, and discusses its background, ideas, measures, achievements and problems, and tries to evaluate it. Zhang Zhidong's idea and way of remedying the old army in different periods has a process of development and evolution, from the initial utensils level to the system level gradually. Hubei old army through Zhang Zhidong's regulation, has been more comprehensive improvement, even has been integrated into the new army. However, the inertia of the old army can not be easily changed, although after a long-term control, the old army in Hubei still has some habits, can not be completely improved. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the old army of Hubei Province, and paves the way for Zhang Zhidong to govern the old army of Hubei Province. This paper expounds Zhang Zhidong's idea of remedying the old army and the concrete measures taken. From the aspects of guiding ideology, system reform, weapon renewal, training system, employment system and so on, this paper explores Zhang Zhidong's mode of learning from the west when he renovates the old army in Hubei Province. This paper discusses how Zhang Zhidong carried out the reform of the whole old army by reforming the old army and popularizing the new military training mode. This paper analyzes the effect, existing problems and restricted factors of Zhang Zhidong's control of the old army in Hubei province. Finally, it explains the purpose and way of Zhang Zhidong's regulation of the old army of Hubei, the factors that influence the management of the old army of Hubei province, and the influence brought by the old army of Hubei, etc., and probes into the position and function of Zhang Zhidong in the military transformation of the late Qing Dynasty.
